Centrally located in Panama City Beach, Gulf Highlands is a gated, family-friendly resort with 11 pools, mini-golf, tennis courts, playgrounds and shuffleboard. Enjoy shopping and dining at Pier Park, just a few miles away. Of course, there are plenty of seafood restaurants close by as well!

You’ll find all the comforts of home with high-speed wifi, smart tv’s in every bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The open dining and living room has plenty of space to watch tv, play games or read. There is an enclosed porch and outdoor patio that backs up to the canal where you can feed the fish and turtles. The largest pool in the complex is a short walk from our front door.

Quiet Hours are 11pm to 7am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Rental Agreement MUST be completed.
The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and has video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.
