Relax on private huge balcony, which is accessible from the living room, and master bedroom, providing a peaceful space to enjoy your coffer at the morning or enjoy a fountain show at the evening. Our trip was AMAZING!! Awesome room! It’s really close to the beach and everything around. Host was great to work with and would recommend anytime. If you’re looking for a great place to stay the laketown wharf is a great spot.

This property is a great place to stay. Plenty of pools to use and the miniature lake is great. The waterfalls at night are great as well.

Spring Break Trip

Our trip was great! The condo was very clean. We’ve stayed at Lake Town Wharf several times in the past and it’s always a great stay. Our host, Lisa was very nice and responded right away when needed. We will definitely be staying again.

Communication with property manager was excellent. The beds were not as comfortable as expected. Other than beds everything was great. Communication and location was great with quick response from manager. Will be looking to stay here again. Thanks, William

Thanks for review! Nobody claimed for the beds. Therefore it is especially strange for people who is sportsmen. However, we will check and take care. And remember: this is 3 stars resort, not five. There are much higher prices there. :)

Vacation

The condo had plenty of space and a great view of the pond with a nightly light show. The walk to the beach was minimal. Shops were close by and wal-mart was a close walk. The property owner was quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

Great location but disappointing condo

The location on the third floor was great. We were able to skip the elevator a lot. The listing showed carpet but had hardwood floors so that was nice. We have stayed at Laketown numerous times and this particular condo was our least favorite. The couches were not as pictured. They were completely worn out and covered with couch covers. We had to buy wash rags because there was only 4. No extra trash bags. Plastic cutlery. Everything was very cheap and minimal. Only one remote worked. We were asked by the host to look for the 7th remote because the cleaning lady couldn’t find it. I will not book with this host again.

Thanks for review!. Strange that it was only 4 washclothes. Usually cleaning staff is careful with this. About remote, one guest just left before your stay, and in couple days or so, they wrote - they find remote on there kid stroller. Small one just put there. They sent us back. So now 3 TV with 3 remotes. ( Actually -7 remotes ; 1 for video player , all ones are working now . About trash bags 2 should be and ,4 toilet papers, 1 paper towels.- This is on VRBO site. Plz, read careful. Moreover - Walmart - 5 min walk. :), you always can do pair steps and buy there , when you do trip for food. Read site carefully and come again. I am not agree that everything was very cheap . Nobody claimed me about it. But what really was cheap , that is price for condo in October , when you booked. You forgot to mentioned about it.

Nice Resort

Everything was nice and the owner kept in great contact during travel and stay. The location was spot on with everything you need in close vicinity. It was well worth the money. I definitely hope to rent this property again next year!!

Nice, cozy, and well stocked

We had a really good stay at this condo. It’s fully stocked with kitchen gadgets, nice size master bedroom and bathroom; huge balcony. We loved that’s in the 3rd floor, therefore, no need to wait for elevators to take your bags in and out of the condo; you park on the 3rd floor parking lot and walk straight to the condo. Also, having a child that’s not a fan of heights, this condo was perfect. It’s located right next door to the gym and put-put is right in front of it. You have gulf view from the corridor and lake view with water fountain show from the balcony. We did have an issue with the A/C while staying in there, but owner already fixed it. Communication with owner was seamlessly. She was always one txt message away. Will defined consider staying there again. Will probably be back next year.

Lake Town Wharf PCB

The unit was as pictured and Lisa's notation about the location of the unit from the parking garage was spot-on. We have stayed at other LTW units and have had to walk great lengths from parking to the unit. Not the case with this unit, it was just a short walk. It is also right next to the fitness room, which is a plus. Lisa communicated with us prior to, during, and after our stay. LTW is a great location for all, especially teens. There are several eateries on the property as well. You have to try the Jerk Turkey Sub at the sandwich shop and the tacos from Juan Taco! Thanks for hosting us!

Thank you for your feedback. It is not written on advertised site that condo is on the beach. It is second line , but for me it is really take only 5-7 min to the beach. In front of our Bldg, it is only Pineapple Willy restaurant that is located on the beach. Elevators #2 (a,b,c) are soonest in Panama City Beach. And if you young, you can use stairs ( Condo is located on 3rd floor).

Our Stay

This property is located close to everything. Check-in process was great. Host was very responsive to questions being asked. It was more than enough space for our party of 6. Only discrepancy, the stove didn’t work. Would most definitely book this place again.

I would be glad to host you again. Actually, range top on the stove is fine ( problems in only with door handle of oven. Therefore I do not recommend to use oven) . But at hot summer, I do not think this is big deal. Microwave and top of stove are working fine. We will take care about oven soon. Come back!
