Newly remodeled
3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. 1st floor master bedroom has new walk in shower and a king size bed. 2 bedrooms on the second floor, one with two twin beds and one with queen size bed. Second floor has a bath/shower combo. Wi-fi available. 5 minute walk to an awesome beach and just a couple of steps to a heated pool. Property offers miniature golf, tennis courts, 11 pools, and pool next to private access to beach. Short drive to shopping, restaurants, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, Cobra Adventure Park and Pier Park. 20 minutes from St. Andrew's State Park and the Shell Island Shuttle. The condo was perfect. Big enough for everyone to have their own room. Pool right across the driveway and pretty much had it to ourselves. We definitely will tell our family who want to go there. John and his wife were very nice and answered all our questions immediately.

Baseball vacation

This vacation rental met all of our needs. Room for everyone. Location was great for us to reach both baseball fields for the tournament. Loved the proximity to the back gate and walking distance to the beach.

Amazing Condo

We stayed here over the weekend for my neices wedding. We had several family members staying in Gulf Highlands and they all comment how nice and big this condo was.It was very clean and had lots of supplies outside for use at the beach. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any phone call or text that was sent. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and would book again if I am in this area.

Comfortable Clean Convenient

Updated spacious and well stocked unit with beautiful views of canal and convenient to many activities and food. The resort has lots of pools and amenities as well and the unit is located by a convenient exit gate. Host was very responsive and helpful. Wish we could've stayed longer!

We were very happy with the condo. It was a block away from beach. Exit gate was very close. Walking gate too. Very spacious. Everyone had plenty of room. Loved having access to the beach chairs.

This place is so beautiful. The house was all it was said to be in VRBO . The home owners had everything stocked from pots and pans to cook , have coffee and relaxing in the pools . This corner unit was so close to everything . Pool and exit and a short walk to the beach. We had friends with a closer unit to the beach . We were able to park in one of their available parking spots( they only had one car ) for the beach part . We would love to stay here again . This unit had the best queen bed upstairs I’ve ever slept in on a vacation. I wasn’t missing my sleep number one bit . Oh yes There’s golf cart rentals if needed . Loved this unit to most

Great location!

We had a great time. Place was clean and we brought everything we needed. The only downside was the dryer didn’t work and there was only enough towels for each person to have one. I did wash them but then had to dry them outside. Overall it was a great stay, close to the beach and restaurants and the pool right across the street was lovely and never crowded. We would definitely stay again! They also had all the beach chairs etc that we needed.

Excellent Beach House

Gated community, very secure. Close to everything and very easy walk to the beach. We are strongly considering staying here again next year for the same dates. I would recommend bringing extra bath towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. seems like a lot of reviewers were surprised that this wasn’t provided for the whole stay but we have done tons of VRBO rentals and it’s common practice to only give you enough to get started. Definitely bring your beach towels, a cooler, and a wagon. They have several toys, chairs and umbrellas. House is clean and comfortable.

My Florida Trip

Overall my trip was good. Barely having 6 towels, 4 regular and 2 small ones for basically 6 adults was difficult. I comunicated this with the owner and she told me she would have her cleaning person bring more, but they did not. We had to use our beach towels between washes. I was also surprised that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and only 1 extra garbage bag.

We're very sorry about the towels. When contacted, the cleaner said more were delivered. Please know the cleaners have been replaced. As far as the toilet paper and trash bags go, most condo rentals provide a "starter set" of each of those, we don't advertise that they are included for that reason.

Excellent Property and Owners

My family stayed here while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The place was perfect for our family. Master suite on the first floor for my husband and myself. A bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds for the boys and a separate bedroom upstairs with a queen for my mother. 2 full size bathrooms which were spacious. The entire unit was extremely spacious including the patio area out back. Had all the utensils and amenities we needed, my mom especially enjoyed having a keurig. The walk to the beach was short and comfortable. Two pools were really close including the large one. My youngest loved the canal in the back so he could see the turtles. The owners were extremely helpful and answered any questions almost immediately. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Panama City again!!!

Solid Family Getaway

It was good location on the property as was a short walk to the beach even more once we figured out where the other walking gate was. On site pools and putt putt were fun for the kids. The dryer didn't dry very well so it took awhile for things to dry as well as the was not enough pillow cases for the pillows.

Wonderful place to stay!

The property was clean and perfect for a large family, the pool was great and just a short walk away. The beach was also close. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates and pots and pans, and even had ketchup packets and aluminum foil! We were very happy with our stay.
