BEACHFRONT 3 BR Sunrise Beach Resort W End of PCB
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath BEACHFRONT condo is located in the family friendly Sunrise Beach Resort on the 19th floor, condo #1904 on the west end of Panama City Beach, within walking distance of Pier Park.
The views are OUTSTANDING with even the Master facing the gulf with balcony access. Overlooking the 5th floor pool. High enough where you don't hear the pool noise but hear the sound of crashing waves. Up to eight can enjoy an ideal beach vacation at Sunrise Beach Resort 1904. Pool level bar & snack bar.
Centrally located with great places to eat within walking distance (Senor Frogs, Sharky's and more) and 1 mile east of Pier Park. Sunrise Beach also has the Soggy Dollar snack bar for great beverages and lunch.
Parking is covered and beach side (you don't have to drag your suitcases across the street) with easy access to the elevators. Luggage carts are available also so it's easy to bring your groceries along with your beach toys and clothes. $50 per vehicle for your entire stay!
Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am. A door code will be sent to you which will be active during the dates of your stay and those hours.
You will never feel crowded on the beach as the beach chairs are only 2 rows deep. There isn't another condo to the immediate left or right of Sunrise Beach.
We've even got a spotting scope for wildlife viewing in the surf! Enjoy seeing sea turtles, dolphins, rays, our resident manatee, fish and more!
Watch the sunset and then watch the Pier Park weekend fireworks from the balcony.

In my early 20's , I lived and worked in Cozumel, coming back to the states on occasion to visit family and friends. I met my husband on one of the trips back to the states. We're both water lovers and after we married and had a son, we decided to buy a home on Lake Lanier in GA which is where we currently live. I've been lucky to telecommute 100% so this allows us to travel when we get the itch.
When I was living in Cozumel, I fell in love with not only the beautiful island but the value that the locals placed in enjoying each day with family and friends. Years ago...on the main street, I would watch locals close their stores, losing business as tourists passed by, and walk across the street to sit on the wall and watch the sunset. In (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , I saved enough money while on the island, to buy the lot that the house is now built on. At the time, there were hardly any homes in the area and no street lights. In the late 90's, with the economy faltering and affecting my husband's business, we decided it was time to finish the Cozumel House. We packed up and took our son for 4 months to the island while we did an 'extreme makeover'! It was truly a leap of faith and it's wonderful to see how the area has developed into streets of exclusive homes along with a beautiful park and church. I hope the island moves you as it continues to move me every time I visit. Mi casa es su casa.
Fast forward 20 years...after many Florida vacations with our son, we decided it was time to have another home away from home. We landed on buying a condo on the West end of Panama City Beach. Always by the water. :)
We welcome you to enjoy our homes and experience a relaxed pace in sun drenched Cozumel and PCB Fla.
