→ The rental shall be made by an adult 21 years old and older who would stay at the premise.

Please leave the house reasonably clean and in damage free order. If damages occurred, please inform us.

Run dirty dishes in dishwasher (detergent cubes under sink)

Place any used towels inside washer

Dispose of any leftover food, throw out ALL trash at disposals on your floor.

Check Out is at 10:00 AM promptly. Housekeeping will arrive then to clean for the next guest!
