When you book this retreat, you are also granted access to fantastic resort amenities, including two outdoor pools (one heated), a hot tub, a sundeck, six Har-Tru clay tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a grilling area, a beach trail, a Clubhouse with table tennis and racquetball courts, and playgrounds.

Relax on the sleeper sofa in the living room and watch your favorite shows on the large 65-inch cable smart TV. Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances and sleek granite countertops. The cheery primary suite features a queen bed, a cable smart TV, and a brand-new en suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, tile floors, a new water heater, and air conditioning. The guest bedroom is appointed with two twin beds and a cable smart TV, while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The outdoor pools are open seasonally, from mid-March through October (the opening date is weather-dependent).
This unit is located on the third floor, with no neighbors above. Elevators are not available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
