Clean, comfortable and completely remodeled in 2018, with brand new floor and water heater in Winter 2023/24! We wanted our villa in Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort to provide you the perfect backdrop to a relaxing getaway. Perfect for couples or families!

Villa A104 is the place to spend your vacation! The balcony angles toward the ocean for a stunning sunrise and provides shade and a place to enjoy an on shore breeze in the afternoon. There is a nice tropical breeze on the balcony and the Villa and the entire resort is smoke-free!

Our place is Quiet. The private entrance is from a garden area, not off a common hallway. No slamming doors or the sound of someone making their way down the enclosed hallway. Parking is located within steps of the villa, making unloading a breeze.

Comfy Queen Serta Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, new twin mattresses on the bunks as well as a twin foldaway floor mattress and all new pillows will lull you to sleep after a long day on the beach. We also have a pack n play for the babies! Stylish coastal comforters and plush towels for the bath.

We tried to think of ways to make your stay more pleasant. The lamps on the nightstand have a plug outlet to charge your electronics. We have a sound machine to lull you into a relaxing sleep. There is a closet organizer and baskets in the bedroom closet. The bathroom has a contemporary vanity, sink and fixtures. And to keep you cool, there are brand new ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. A safety rail in the closet for the top bunk.

There is a full kitchen, fully stocked with everything you might need including brand new non toxic ceramic pots and pans (spring ‘24). We have a glass top range and a new spacious refrigerator with ice maker, full size built in microwave and dishwasher. We also have toddler friendly bibs, plates, utensils and cups.

You have a drip coffee maker available for those precious cups of morning coffee. Lots of filters on hand here but bring your own favorite coffee to enjoy as you watch the sunrise from the deck.

Hand painted ceramic dishes and also light weight Corelle dishes. Glassware and plastic drink ware. And there is a toaster, a blender and a griddle as well as a strainer, cookware....anything you might need.

There are flat screen Smart HDTV's in the living room and the bedroom and there is cable to the living room. A Blue Ray DVD Player is in the living room. And there is complimentary free Wi-Fi. We’ve gathered a good selection of DVDs, books and magazines.

You might wish to know:

There is easy access to our villa via ramp or stairs and luggage carts to transport items from your car to the villa. Full laundry facilities are in the building, on the same floor, just down the hallway, $3.00 each to wash and dry. We supply the laundry card, and you can just reload it in the main lobby with cash or card.

We love this resort because there is so much to do without ever leaving the property.

Hilton Head Island Beach + Tennis Resort is a gated and secure property mid-island, close to grocery, shopping and entertainment. The property is made up of 56 semi tropically landscaped acres with Private Beach Access to Folly Field Beach. We boast the biggest beach side pool on the island. There is also a large, shallow Tot pool, a Seaside bar and ice cream stand and Beach Volleyball. There is also a smaller pool on the resort, next to Admirals Row, a short walk away.

There are 3 restaurants on the resort property and the pizza parlor will deliver to your villa in the on-season! The restaurants include bar style food, and some of the best and meatiest wings on the island. Ten lighted tennis courts with unlimited free play will keep your heart rate up and a separate backboard is available for practice. If you need a little help with your game, tennis lessons with a pro are available. Also on the property are basketball and shuffleboard courts, a well equipped fitness center located in the tennis pro shop, a large playground for the children and a catch and release fishing lagoon. There is a bike rental on the property and HHB+T is on the 60 miles island-wide Bike Paths. Should you decide to cook out there is a picnic area with charcoal grills. Lastly, there is a Tiki Bar. So many amenities in one place and just steps from the beach.

I especially love that the resort is family oriented and that Summertime is Family time!
