Welcome to this superb 70 m² apartment located on the first floor of a secure residence with an elevator, an ideal place for a functional and relaxing stay.
This light-filled accommodation has all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a washing machine, a dryer, an espresso machine and a French press coffee maker, and disabled access for your comfort. You will also appreciate the quietness of this apartment.
The sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom with a large 160x200 bed, a second bedroom with two 90x190 beds, and a 120x175 sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 5 people.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee so you can travel light.
Wi-Fi access and a workspace are fully available in the accommodation for your leisure or work.
In terms of transportation, you can reach the Balma Gramont metro station in 10 minutes on foot or via bus 72, which runs every 30 minutes from the foot of the residence.
