The apartment includes:

A living area with a sofa bed (the only sleeping arrangement).
A kitchenette equipped for simple meals (vitroceramic hob, microwave, Senseo coffee machine).
A shower room with shower and toilet.
A small private balcony.
Bed linen and one large towel per person are included.
No linen change is provided during the stay, regardless of its length.
An additional linen set is available for €15.

IMPORTANT – SIZE AND COMFORT
The apartment is 18 m².
This is a small, older apartment that has not been fully renovated (see photos).
The sleeping arrangement is a sofa bed, which does not replace a real bed (please take this into account).
Low thermal insulation: the apartment may be warm in summer and cooler in winter.
Old windows may allow some air through.
Bathroom not fully renovated.
The balcony overlooks a parking area (no pleasant view).
Garbage containers are located at the entrance of the building (common areas not managed by us).
The photos accurately reflect the condition, size, and layout of the apartment.

PARKING
No private parking space included.
Paid street parking in the surrounding streets.
Jean-Jaurès public parking garage a few minutes’ walk away.

ACCESS AND CHECK-IN
Self check-in via key box.
Check-in from 3:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Assistance available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM via the platform’s messaging system (phone calls only in case of emergency).
