The Cocoonr agency propose to you with the hiring, in Toulouse, this charming apartment of a surface of 88 m ² and being able to accommodate to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a pretty living room of 30 m², equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Great Property and Location in Toulouse

We spent three nights at this very nice property in Toulouse. Great location for walking to tourist sites, shops and restaurants. Well suited for two couples. Secure and isolated from street noise. It would be nice to have another chair in the living room area as there is really only room for three adults to sit comfortably. The key retrieval process for check in is complicated and the key box is about 800-900 m from the apartment. Also, it would be nice to have two sets of keys so the group can separate and still all get back into the apartment.

A quiet location in the center of Toulouse.

This is a lovely apartment, amazingly quiet for being in the city center. It looks out on to an interior courtyard. The space was clean, though a bit dated. The kitchen is well-appointed and the salon is comfortable and spacious. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms. The only concern were the beds. The mattresses are very hard (think like typical mattresses in China), so much so that I opted to sleep on the couch (which is quite comfortable). The second bedroom bed is a tad short and so our 6’3” son slept diagonally with no real complaint. I would recommend a stay here. Excellent location, clean, quiet and pleasant. It also has underground parking should you travel by car.

Whilst the property was excellent for location, space, equipment, decor etc, the major drawback is that the bedrooms are directly above the electronic garage doors for the parking for the whole complex. These are in constant use, including the night, by drivers and pedestrians. One of our party had to sleep all week on the sofa, with obvious effects on the rest of the party's enjoyment of the apartment. Certainly for us, we would not stop here again. We have passed this feedback on to all the various people in the chain, but all they have said is basically "thanks for your comments, we look forward to seeing you again". This issue needs to be in the online listing so people can decide.

Résidence idéalement située à proximité du marché, du Capitole, de la gare SNCF...Deux bémols : les chambres sont situées juste au-dessus de l'accès au parking souterrain (ouverture à chaque fois bruyante surtout tôt le matin) et séjour sombre (obligé d'avoir la lumière même en journée).

Seul petit bémol, les 2 chambres sont situées juste au-dessus de l'entrée des garages et le volet automatique est assez bruyant.
