Cozy clean cottage on a quiet street steps away from the beach. No high rise condos, no blocked skyline. You are a few strides away from an uncrowded beach and beautiful sunsets. We are 4 miles away from upscale shopping and dining at Rosemary Beach, and 6 miles away from Pier Park and all that Panama City has to offer. Perfect for small family, or a romantic getaway. King Bed in master bedroom, two Queen beds in 2nd bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and I'm adding an air fryer for the Spring. Laundry room. Two Flat screen smart TVs. High speed internet. Regular coffee maker, and one cup Keurig coffee maker. 5 beach chairs.
Famed Thomas Donuts and local Carousel grocery/liquor/gifts are 2 miles away. Walmart, Winn Dixie, and Publix grocery stores nearby.
Fun attractions include Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World, Wonder Works, Ripley's, snorkeling, parasailing, go-carts, putt-putt golf and lots more. Two state parks to explore nearby, Camp Helen State Park, and St. Andrews State Park.
The Frank Brown Baseball/Softball Complex is 4 miles away. (I have washing machine and dryer for uniforms.)
For couples wanting quality time together, the fun Florida Fish House is nearby, dining at the Pearl, shop at the Farmers Market weekly at Rosemary Beach (6 miles). Visit the food trucks and shopping at Seaside (18 min away), and finish the day dining at Bud and Alley's then enjoying their rooftop bar. Also near famed RED BAR in Grayton. You will have a blast! This home has a back cottage that sleeps 4 that can be rented together. VRBO #2385951
Monthly rentals are accepted only through winter months October through February. No monthly rentals will be accepted during Seasonal months March through September.

Amazing!

This property is amazing if you are looking for a calming getaway with a few family members or friends!! So close to the beach and fully stocked with any beach gear you may need! Can’t recommend it enough!

Beautiful and beachy cottage! More than enough room for all of us to spread out. Furnishings are very well maintained. Kitchen has everything you’ll need - and we cooked meals at home the entire week we were there- saved lots of money!! Location is perfect! Beach a 5 minute walk. All the beach activities are a quick drive away! Host is very responsive! We’re already booking our next stay!!

Feeling Beachy was just that, so close to the beach. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could think of if you need them. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when in the area.

Great place to stay

We had a great time. This house was close to the beach had plenty of space for us and we were able to cook in the kitchen with ease as it was stocked well. It was also nice that they have beach shells at the place for us so we didn’t have to haul that with us.

Loved the stay

My husband and I stayed here for 7 days for a softball tournament and it felt like home in no time. The area is quiet and the access to the beach was just a 7 min walk. The home is well styled and fully equipped to stay several nights in. The beds were also very comfortable and the AC worked great the entire stay!

A great find!

We loved the charm of this house and it was great location to beach. A couple blocks off the main road and in a quiet, peaceful, established neighborhood. Host was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely add this as one of our go-to places.

Great little house within perfect distance of the beach

This house is full of character and couldn’t have been a better place to stay, especially with how close to the beach it is. The check in process was clear and easy. The owner was prompt with communication and was so welcoming. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

Great little house near the beach

We absolutely loved this little house near the beach. Located about a block and a half away from beautiful Laguna Beach. Bring a little beach cart. The house was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. We were able to cook most of our meals in a fully stocked (utensils and supplies) kitchen. There were plenty of beach towels to use as well, along with beach chairs and a beach umbrella. This host thought of everything to make this a perfect vacation. Already ready for next time!!

Great house!

We rented both houses on the property and we absolutely enjoyed out stay. The houses came equipped with everything that we needed; tons of seasoning, oil, pots and pans, etc. The walk to the beach was very quick, which made it easy to walk back and forth if we forgot something.

Even though we had to cut our vacation short, due to no one’s fault, our stay at this house was great. Robbie was amazing to work with and incredibly understanding. The house was absolutely adorable and the location couldn’t have been better.

Great cottage, great location!

We loved staying at this property! The cottage was very clean, spacious, and well-appointed, especially the kitchen. It was nice being such a short walk from the beach, and within a ten minute drive of several dining options and stores. You are a bit far from the main part of Panama City Beach, but we didn’t consider this a negative. Being out in Laguna Beach meant that the beach was not very crowded, and overall things were very peaceful and quiet at the cottage, which was exactly what we wanted in our vacation.

Loved this house! It was filled with everything we needed, towels, toys for the kids, utensils, chairs, etc. I got up everyday and walked through the neighborhood and felt completely safe. Close to shopping areas. The beach was about 3 minutes away walking. Looking forward to staying there again! The owner was so easy to work with.

Cozy beach cottage

This house felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation! With chairs and beach towels included we didn’t have to bring as much in our car from home. The spacious kitchen had everything we needed including a fridge with an ice maker. It’s a detail that is very helpful when you’re prepping for long, hot days in the sun. The place is well decorated and all spaces are furnished perfectly. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Jones’ at Close Enough

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Close Enough” cottage (Jan-Mar 2024). The cottage has the flavor of nostalgic old Florida, with all the modern amenities we’ve come to expect. It’s a short walk to the beach (just a block or so off Front Beach Rd and its traffic), so it’s quiet without a “bring your lunch” type of hike to hit the sand. Robbie, the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with; her goal was making us comfortable and happy during our stay, and this she did well! The residence was clean and cozy; two bedrooms, two complete baths, well stocked kitchen with range, frig, microwave, and dishwasher, and a large washer & dryer in the utility room. There’s a smart TV in the living room, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The house is situated toward the west end of Panama City Beach; far enough away from the more crowed beach front hotel sections, but “Close Enough” to all the attractions; shopping, restaurants, and the two state parks. It’s just minutes away from the PCB Conservation Park with its fantastic trail system for biking and walking. All in all, it was a wonderful getaway for us, and we would recommend it if a quiet getaway is what YOU’RE looking for too!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We are 4 miles from Rosemary Beach and the Seacrest area, and all that those have to offer. We are 6 miles from Pier Park, and all that Panama City has to offer. There are no high rise condos near us, and our beach is far less crowded as a result!! One street up from the beach, we are a two minute walk from the beach, or you can drive and park in the beach access spaces. You can see the ocean as you drive in and will be able to see how close you are to the water! This is a charming 1940's home with lots of character. I will remodel it one day, but will enjoy the original clapboard walls and quaint quirks until then. I hope you have a wonderful vacation!!
