Tolle Wohnung befindet sich am westlichen Ende des Strandes. Eine Meile zum Pier Park und Frank Brown Park.
Kommen Sie und sehen Sie, warum wir begeisterte Kritiken und wiederholte Besuche unserer Gäste erhalten. Super saubere, komfortable Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir liefern alles, einschließlich Sandstühle und Strandspielzeug.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten und 2 Badezimmer im Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche / Ess- / Wohnzimmer und ein WC. Aus dem Wohnzimmer ist eine Terrasse mit Gasgrill, Sonnenschirm / Tisch / Stühlen. Waschmaschine / Trockner im Gerät.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum des Komplexes gegenüber dem Hauptpoolbereich, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Der Komplex verfügt über vier Pools (ein Kinderbecken), einen Whirlpool, Minigolf, Tennis, Basketball und einen Shuffleboard-Platz.

Nice place to stay

Really enjoyed the property. Very close easy walk to pool and play areas. Covered parking area was great. Had to Communicate with the host who was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

You will not be disappointed with this vacation rental, Horizon South is great and it’s vacation rentals are wonderful. This vacation rental and owner are amazing, the vacation owner is wonderful, he is prompt with all questions and information and makes everything smooth and easy regarding the rental. The rental is wonderful, it is very spacious and beautifully decorated and is located at center of most if not all amenities at Horizon South. This vacation rental and vacation rental owner are the best.

Welcoming, Fun, and Relaxation

The owner Bryan was great and very accommodating! The cleaning woman who was there was also wonderful. All of the staff was so kind and happy. It was a joy to be around uplifting people who helped make our vacation great! I plan on coming back with my family. This was the best family vacation we've had in a long time!

Not worth the money

We booked our trip in the beginning of the year. It said we would have a golf cart so we paid more for that condo,we’ll no golf cart. The outlets were awful we didn’t even have a toaster I had to go buy one then we had to set it on the dining area floor for an outlet. But we did enjoy the pools . Just not worth the money we paid. I feel we should be refunded some money for not having the use of the golf cart. Don’t say we would have one if not available.

There is a toaster in the kitchen. It is in the cabinets with the rest of the small kitchen appliance so the counter is not cluttered. I have never charged anyone extra for the use of the golf cart. The cart was just an added amenity I offered to my guest. Due to guest abusing and wrecking the golf cart I no longer offer this amenity.

Great location

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here. The location is perfect and we love the condo and the amenities but being the second year, there was no golf cart, as listed, both years so I wouldn't bet on it. Also this year there was less communication with the host. We didn't get check in instructions until after the check in time and we were driving around aimlessly waiting. until we did call him and sent us details immediately. Those are the only problems this year. other than that the condo is great. It has a closet with beach chairs and an umbrella and 2 floats for on the beaches, so it's less you have to pack or buy which comes in handy. its always clean with minimum cleaning yourself with check out which is nice.

Golf cart was not working, listing said golf cart with rental. They didn’t fix anything they knew was wrong. He said he fixes things only when he has time. Everything with touch seemed to be a problem, one of the worse places I ever stayed. Didn’t tell us we had to pay for amenities, they didn’t even provide sticks for pool tables. Gym was a joke, and nothing worked.

Okay.

It was okay. The biggest disappointment was expecting the use of the rental’s golf cart….and at the last minute, I was advised that the golf cart would not be available, due to the previous renters…..but I could rent one for the week, from a local vender. This small change of plans, cost me hundreds of dollars! Plus, at the last minute….cleaning fees doubled because of an unexpected up charge. An additional security band fee was required to be on the property for the four of us. (Never Mentioned Prior to Final Payment.) A Fall break get away turned into a high dollar vacation. Fee + Fee + Fee + Tax + Processing + Surcharge + Last Minute Charges = 3 Times more than you thought you were paying. I however am an optimist and enjoyed the stay. I just wish the (price/perks) goal posts wouldn’t have kept being moved on me?

I’m sorry for your increased costs. I have updated my listing to reflect the wristband costs which are out of my control. The golf cart is fully functional now after a huge bill to fix damage from drunk driver damage. VrBO charges all kinds of fees and taxes. I’m sorry if that was not reflected in the information from VRBO. Those fees are also not under my control either. I do thank you for staying and would appreciate any thing you would change or include for future guests enjoyment. Thank you for your honesty Bryan

great location but no golf cart

on the listing it said the condo came with a golf cart, on our way to Florida we contacted Brian and he said the golf cart was in the shop because of the last tenants so we wouldn't have it the week we were down there, which was a disappointment so check before you book. the condo has a great location being right around the corner from the strip and not on the strip so it wasn't a congested area. 5 minutes walk from the beach. The golf cart would've been nice to have included instead we had to rent one for almost $700 for the week. If I would've known there wasn't a golf cart I would've looked for somewhere else. other than that the condo was clean and more spacious than I thought, it was right by the pools and hot tubs. another thing about checking in, I did not know about, every person you have with you must buy $20 wristbands each. so that was and extra $80 we weren't expecting. if you don't get a parking pass they put a sticker on your car window as a warning to getting towed. the sticker does not come off easily and they put on on our rental golf cart and the neighbors car who rented another condo out. they were not very happy. but it has a great location and nice clean condo.

Perfect Location

The condo was in the perfect location!! Walking distance to the ocean, directly across from the club house and 3 beautiful pools and Hottub, and was on the quieter side of Panama City which is the west. The condo was very spacious. We absolutely loved the two decks and porch to walk right out and over to the pool. The people they were very friendly and we felt very safe where it was located. The owner was so very helpful and was available with any questions we had. My kids loved the golf cart and we loved it to carry beach supplies to the front of the condo area. We can’t wait to return 5 out of 5 stars!

Wonderful Stay

Brian was a prompt communicator and answered any questions we had about the property. The condo was conveniently close to the beach and everything was exactly as it was listed. I especially appreciated the fact that he had a washer and dryer available! There are several pools, a hot tub and other amenities available in the community and I appreciated how close it was to restaurants and other entertainment. Will definitely recommend to others I know visiting PCB in the future. Thank you for an amazing stay!!
