The kitchen/living/dining is an open design that promotes family meals and shared time together. The sleek, fully equipped chef’s kitchen has hardwood floors, state of the art stainless steel appliances, including a four-door/french-door fridge/freezer combo, glass-top range, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen/stove backsplash has eye-catching silver hues; reminiscent of morning sunlight dancing on ocean surf.

The kitchen has magnificent lux granite counters and extra long breakfast bar with stool seating for six. Just the spot to sip your morning Keurig coffee. In addition to the coffee maker, there’s a top of the line knife block, toaster and a blender for your morning protein smoothies.

A formal dining table for eight is set below a beautiful tray ceiling and modern chandelier. Prepare a classic home-cooked surf & turf dinner.

After dinner, cozy up in the living room to stream your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV. The living room has two heather-gray sofas, nicely arranged around a coffee table, sisal and seagrass rug. A beautiful tray ceiling with two stylish ceiling fans gives a bright, open, airy ambiance to the living room.

This single-story home has three bedrooms and two baths. The master has a king size bed, matching night tables, elegant reading lamps, low armoire, large Smart TV and dreamy tray ceiling with ceiling fan. The ensuite master bath is a spa-like experience with dual sink granite vanity, and walk-in custom tile glass shower.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, bureau, smart TV and stylish ceiling fan. This bedroom is right beside the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo, single-sink granite vanity and large well-lit mirror. Bedroom #3 is a kid’s bunk bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. This room is decorated with whimsical bright aqua bedding featuring coral, fish and ocean life. Bedroom #3 has a bureau, reading lamp, bean bag chair, and shares access to the hallway full bathroom.

Calming, neutral color walls adorned with tasteful, beach-themed fine art, give this home a tranquil seaside feeling. There’s fine art in every room. In addition to the three bedrooms, there’s a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. This spacious home sleeps up to ten guests. 4-6 adults and 4 children (no adults on bunk beds).

Relax on the shaded back patio, savor the ocean breeze and sip a cold, refreshing beverage. Dine alfresco after a day at the beach, or a day of boating, golfing or visiting Panama City Beach attractions.
