The Space:

Located in the heart of the Marais, this bright and functional studio puts you close to the neighborhood's most popular cafes, shops and cultural attractions! Perfectly designed, it accommodates up to 3 travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A living space: Queen Size bed (160 x 200) with new bedding, single sofa bed, ceiling fan, storage, Smart television and Wi-Fi access.

• A fully equipped open kitchen: hotplates, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, crockery and wine glasses.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap, shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.



Upon arrival, our concierge will give you a warm welcome, show you around the apartment, and share their best local recommendations to help you make the most of the capital.

The Neighborhood:

You are staying in the very lively Haut Marais, an emblematic district of the 3rd arrondissement mixing culture, design, trendy boutiques and typical Parisian cafés, perfect for discovering Paris on foot. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at Holybelly or La Favorite Turbigo, savor crepes and pancakes at Breizh Café Le Marais, or enjoy a friendly lunch at Assanabel République, all very popular with visitors and Parisians. For a local touch, don’t miss the Lam bakery-coffee shop or the vegan grocery store Un Monde Vegan for gourmet and original products. For your daily shopping, local shops like Bows & Arro and greengrocers are close at hand for fresh bread, fruit and everyday products. The neighborhood's must-see attractions are easy to reach: Place de la République and its lively cafés are just a few minutes away, while Rue de Bretagne — known for its boutiques, cafés and markets — is also easily accessible on foot. The atmosphere is typically Parisian, mixing shopping streets, contemporary design and historic places like the nearby Museum of Arts and Crafts. Transport is very convenient with Temple and République stations around 6–8min walk away, providing direct access to the entire city. From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):

From CDG Airport, take the RER B towards Paris.

Get off at Gare du Nord.

At Gare du Nord, take metro line 5 towards Place d’Italie.

Get off at République.



From Orly Airport:

From Orly Airport, take the Orlyval shuttle to Antony.

At Antony, take the RER B towards Paris.

Get off at Gare du Nord.

At Gare du Nord, take metro line 5 towards Place d’Italie.

From Gare du Nord / Gare de l’Est:

Take metro line 5 towards Place d’Italie.

Other Things to Note:

We want to ensure that you have the best possible stay, and kindly request you to familiarize yourself with and adhere to the following rules to ensure a smooth experience for both guests and hosts.



Included Services:

Bed linens and towels are provided, offering you maximum comfort and convenience during your stay.

Professional cleaning services will be provided upon your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is impeccable for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family Services:

If you need a baby cot and a high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and subject to availability, we will gladly provide them.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the security deposit.

We would like to inform you that the building is currently undergoing facade restoration work for an indefinite period. We are not responsible for the situation and will not accept any claim for reimbursement for the inconvenience caused.



Internet Etiquette:

Please note that there is no Wi-Fi available at the property. No refunds or compensation are offered.



Professional Use and Photography:

No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial use is allowed without prior authorization. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
