Our Second Stay - Love this Place!

We have stayed here two years in a row and love it! The 12th story view of the Pier and beach below can't be beat. The condo itself is very comfortable and has all you need for your stay. We loved relaxing in the recliner chairs in the living room and being able to sit out on the balcony to watch the sunrise.

This home is just as described, the view is amazing!! I loved just hanging out in the balcony and watching and listening to the waves. Would recommend renting this property, spacious for our family for 4. Easily accommodate more.

The condo was great and well kept. The location was perfect also, except the karaoke at the pier 2 nights a week was extremely loud from the balcony. Id keep that in mind in the future but not much the hosts can do about that :)

Week of relaxation

Condo was very comfortable for our family of three that my husband and teenager. The extra 1/2 bath was perfect for privacy. Small touches like having hand soap and beach towels were very much appreciated. Often when we rent, the condo feels very sterile. This condo felt just like home! The building and pool were kept clean and security was very present. The views can’t be beat! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

A Perfect Place to Enjoy Navarre Beach

The view from our 12th floor condo was amazing! We had never stayed this close to the Navarre Beach Pier and we loved the location. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Communications with the hosts went well and we would definitely book this property at Summerwind Resort again.

Wonderful time, wonderful memories!

We loved everything about our stay at this condo! More than enough stocked to make our stay comfortable. Wonderful views, great location, loved the pool and hot tub. Loved the live band and karaoke at windjammers, but it was not too loud that we could hear from inside the condo if we didn't want to. We visited the beach some days and went to the Bayside others. Lots of good restaurants close by. Would stay again and will recommend to others!

Very nice! Enjoyed the view from the 12th floor balcony. Perfect size condo for 3 adults although sleeper couch was not comfortable. Pool and hot tub very nice. Friday night Karaoke from bar next door was a little loud and well...it was karaoke! Would definitely rent again!

Great Unit and View

Very nice unit in good condition with a nice view of the Navarre Pier, perfect for a couple wanting to get away from the daily hustle of life. Also room for two smaller children with bunk beds. Full kitchen, plenty of living room space and a nice balcony. Only one issue, which seems to be the same issue wherever we stay: it's impossible to find any local stations for local news in the AM. The closest we could find was Tampa.

Property was very nice and had a wonderful view. It would have been nice to have a closet to hang up our clothes instead of them having to hang on the bathroom doors. Angela and Richard were very informative and great communication.

Amazing!

This place was amazing and everything the pictures showed. The owner sent clear and easy check In instructions with me even requesting it. The owner was quick to respond to all questions. Getting to the pool or beach is very easy from this property and within walking distance to many attractions. I really can’t recommend this enough!

I thought it said it was a two bedroom in the listing. It is not a two bedroom as the bunk beds are in the hallway. We did not need a second bedroom but this could be misleading for those who do.

Perfect location with amazing views!

We really enjoyed our time spent here and our family of 5 is already planning to come back. The condo had amazing views, adequate parking and was close to amenities. We rented a car, but you could definitely get by without one as Walmart will deliver groceries to this location. You are within walking distance to local restaurants/bars, while still being family friendly. The turtle rehab is right down the street, and our kids really enjoyed meeting Sweet Pea. We’ve been to the gulf multiple times, but Navarre Beach is definitely my new favorite location! Crystal clear turquoise water, and I felt safe not having a life jacket on my 5 year old. The beach was a bit crowded since the complex is next door to public beach access, BUT we were there over the holiday weekend, and all things considered felt we still had space for our 3 kids to play. There were life guards present, so that was nice since we’ve always stayed on private beaches. It has everything you need without the hustle and bustle of Destin. Located directly nextdoor to the pier and Waverunners (great food, music, and drinks- bushwhackers were awesome!), you can hear live music while sitting on the balcony watching dolphins play at sunset. We experienced more wildlife in one sunset walk on the pier than years of expensive excursions. We saw Dolphins, manta rays, a sea turtle, and hammerhead sharks all in one night! We stayed over Memorial Weekend and though far in the distance, were still able see the fireworks in Destin while sitting on the balcony. Beach service is available, but not necessary, as the condo has beach chairs and an umbrella if you don’t mind the extra effort to get them downstairs. The only downside to the condo, is that one elevator is currently out of order and will be for some time, so there is a bit of a wait. There are stairs, but the condo is on the 12th floor, so I needed a cart to get groceries up in one trip. Kids loved the pool and the weather was perfect! Wonderful condo for a couple or family. We can’t wait to return! Thank you!!!
