Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 13. Stock der Beach Colony West direkt am zuckerweißen Sand und dem smaragdgrünen Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko. In dieser 1495 m² großen Wohnung befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, die geschmackvoll in diesem traditionellen Küstenstil eingerichtet wurden. Der offene Grundriss umfasst eine geräumige Küche mit allen neuen Geräten, Granitarbeitsflächen und Klappsitze für drei Personen.

Die Küche blickt auf das Esszimmer und das Wohnzimmer und weiter auf die 360 m² große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und den weißen Sandstränden und dem türkisgrünen Meer, das auf Ihren Besuch wartet. Das Wohnzimmer bietet Platz für 5 Personen, um sich am Abend nach langen sonnigen Tagen zu entspannen und einen Film, ein Spiel oder einen kleinen Fernseher auf dem 55-Zoll-LCD-Bildschirm anzusehen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten für zwei Personen, um ein Spiel zu spielen, am Computer zu spielen, zu lesen oder einfach bei einer Tasse Kaffee oder einem Glas Wein zu entspannen und die Aussicht zu genießen. Die Couch kann in ein Queen-Schlafsofa umgewandelt werden, um die zusätzlichen Gäste aufzunehmen, die einen Platz benötigen, um sich für die Nacht hinzulegen.

Die geräumige Terrasse bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Die Terrasse / der Balkon bietet einen erstaunlichen Blick auf die gesamte Halbinsel, zu der der Klang, die Brücke, der längste Pier des Golfs, der größte Pool in Navarre und natürlich das Meer gehören. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend und ein großartiger Ort für den Morgenkaffee oder das abendliche Glas Wein. Kommen Sie und überzeugen Sie sich selbst.

The property was VERY clean and accommodating. Everything we needed was there. I even accidentally broke the carafe for the coffee pot & the owners were extremely nice about it and even sent a new one the next day! Very responsive all around. You CANNOT beat the views in this condo. Very comfy beds and seating. We had the best time!

Perfect

This is our 2nd year to stay in this condo. It is clean, well equipped with everything anyone could want in the kitchen, nice laundry room, upgraded appliances, clean, large balcony with views of the gulf and sound. Also comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up. We will definitely come back to this condo.

Wonderful location with great views , clean and comfy and the unit had everything we needed for our stay . Loved the Dolphin sightings every morning from the balcony . Perfect getaway

I work for an accounting firm, so my husband and I try to do a long weekend to escape and refresh after a long tax season every year. This place was absolutely perfect. It definitely was bigger than we needed for just the two of us, but was so peaceful and relaxing. The balcony overlooking the water was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked. The whole place was beautiful. The beach and the water were spectacular. The free beach chairs and umbrella worked out great. There are a couple of walkable restaurants nearby, and more that you’d want to get in the car for, but the town in general is also very laid back, and ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE you meet us sooo friendly. I definitely want to go back.

Our first stay at the beach colony west. Condo was comfortable & clean- pool area was amazing. Grills were clean. We will definitely stay in this condo again. This particular area of the beach is a little more crowded than where we have stayed previously so getting a chair / umbrella next to the water was challenging unless you went down very early.

Great location!

Beach colony 13b is a wonderful condo to stay in. Centrally located and nice interior of the condo! One downside is that it mentions in the condo listing that there is a hot tub onsite but that is not the case. Otherwise highly recommend .

Beautiful Stay!

This condo is wonderful! Pictures don't do it justice on how roomy and open it is. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit.The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Most mornings we sat on the balcony and read, while taking in the beautiful sight of the gulf. We even saw dolphins multiple times.The pool is huge and the kids loved swimming. We did wish there was a hot tub though. The condo owner was very quick with responses and allowed us an early check-in since we got to town early and the condo was ready. We would definitely return to this condo!

Magical

This was what my 12 year old said when we walked in and could not agree more. The condo was spacious. Husband and I slept well in the main bedroom and the kids slept well in the second bedroom. Loved the views from the balcony. The complementary chairs were an excellent bonus!! There was fabulous food close by as well as a grocery store. Our host was extremely communicative both before and during our stay. We had an issue with the AC and he had it fixed asap. I can’t say enough about Chris and this fabulous condo. We will definitely be back.

First time in Navarre

Loved the location of the complex and the fact it is gated. Very close to restaurants, groceries and attractions. The unit itself (13B) was very spacious and very well laid out. Perfect views of the Gulf. The unit contained everything that you would need for a nice peaceful stay. Owners kept in contact throughout our stay with updates and anything we needed. My only complaint was the mattresses. The one in the master bedroom definitely needs replacing and the queen in the second bedroom is getting close. Other than that, was a very pleasant stay.

The condo was clean and homey. Great beach decor. Views from the large deck are beautiful. Location is perfect. Three restaurants are walkable. Walking path across the street for strolls or exercise. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. We will be back.

We welcome you to our beautiful condo on the beach. We are a Midwest family at heart growing up in the St. Louis area but spent 10 years in Houston, Texas so we have some of that southern charm too. Our Children are now 13 and 10 and are very active in all sports and they love the beach.

We chose Beach Colony West because the Condominium was new and Navarre Beach is much more relaxed compared to its Destin neighbor to the east. We found that when we go to the beach, we truly want to enjoy the beach and have lots of fun in the sun. So we prefer to keep it simple and beautiful and that is what you get in Navarre - Beautiful Beaches, views, sunrises, and sunsets. If you want the hustle and bustle, Destin and Pensacola are a mere 30 minutes drive away, so you can get the best of both worlds if you so desire

This is not your typical 2 bedroom condo. You are talking nearly 1500 square feet, which allows for each room to be spacious and lots of room to spread out. The Living Room and Master Bedroom have awesome view of the ocean and pier. The balcony offers great view of the Sound as well as the pool, beach and ocean. In addition, Navarre is surrounded on both sides by National Parks that will protect the beauty and simplicity of its surroundings that we desired in our home away from home. Plus how can you forget about the white sandy beaches, some of the prettiest in the world. We hope you enjoy our fully furnished condo for your get away from it all.
