The over 1300 square foot condo is oceanfront on the 7th floor, with king beds in each of the 2 bedrooms and has 2 full baths! Have a bigger family but don't want to be on top of each other? Rent 705 & 706. This unit (705) accommodates and sleeps 4 guests, and our other unit (706) sleeps 5 guests. Due to fire codes and regulations, we are strict about the number of guests in each unit.
The unit is updated with a well equipped kitchen for any length of stay. The views from your private walkout balcony, accessed from the den or the master bedroom, are spectacular!
The property is gated and has a pool (heated seasonally), a work-out room, tennis courts, and a grilling area by the pool. Beach service, 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, are included March 1-October 31. The parking area is gated for safety.
