Das Beach Colony Resort West ist das neueste Resort auf der Insel Navarra Beach. Unsere Ocean Front Condo bietet einen Panoramablick auf das smaragdgrüne Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko und unsere weißen Sandstrände. Es gibt auch einen schönen Blick auf den Sound und die interkostale Wasserstraße von Ihrem Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Das Beach Colony Resort verfügt über den größten Pool der Insel.

Wir haben ein Key West-Design für die Einrichtung ausgewählt, das Ihren Komfort abseits des Strands berücksichtigt. Es ist sowohl lustig als auch frech.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher und einen DVD-Player. Das Master-Bad verfügt über einen Whirlpool und eine separate Dusche. Sie können in Ihrer Badewanne sitzen und aus den Fenstern auf den wunderschönen Golf von Mexiko schauen. Sogar das Badezimmer hat eine spektakuläre Aussicht!

Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten, einen Flachbildfernseher und einen DVD-Player. Es gibt auch eine aufblasbare Matratze für zusätzlichen Schlafraum.

Der große runde Balkon ist ein Schwerpunkt in der Gestaltung der Wohnung und ein beliebter Ort für unsere Gäste. Wir haben viel Platz zum Essen und Sonnen. Sie können sitzen und den Delfinen beim Spielen zusehen und das Treiben auf dem Pier beobachten, der der längste Angelpier in Florida ist. Der Pier ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Wohnung entfernt.

Sie haben alle Küchenutensilien, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen, ein wenig oder viel! Alles ist brandneu und auf dem neuesten Stand. Wir wohnen am Strand und kümmern uns um die Belange unserer Gäste.

Wir haben auch überdachte Parkplätze in der Nähe des Gebäudes zugewiesen. Jede Etage verfügt über einen eigenen Aufzugscode für Ihre Privatsphäre und Sicherheit. Sie haben vollen Zugang zum Fitnessraum und zu den Grillmöglichkeiten.

Unser Resort liegt zwischen zwei Parks, der National Seashore im Westen, in denen Sie zahlreiche wild lebende Tiere beobachten können, darunter Reiher, Pelikane, Delfine, Meeresschildkröten, Stachelrochen und verschiedene Küstenvögel. Wir haben einen idealen Ort, um einen unkomplizierten und familienfreundlichen Strandurlaub zu verbringen.

This property is the perfect location with great views and a short walk to the beach. The unit itself needs a lot of updating. Several “small” things (i.e. multiple scratches and scuffs on walls, several lights out/just didn’t work, toilet seat in master bath worn and needs replaced) Was disappointed in the kitchen items provided after reading in the description that things were top of the line. Everything we pulled out to use (plates, bowls, silverware, cups, pans) was visibly dirty and required being washed before using. An investment in a smaller cordless sweeper would be great as there was always a lot of sand tracked in that could have been kept cleaned up better but nobody wants to drag out a large, old vacuum every day for a quick sweep. Overall felt the place was okay but seemed generic for the price we paid compared to other units we’ve previously stayed in.

Family vacation 2024

Sue's place was great. We absolutely love staying at Beach Colony. Sue communicated with me the night before check in regarding the bridge closure, which was great. We loved her place so much that we're goin to stay in her penthouse next year. We cant wait.

Our pool bands were not at the condo, and our guest bathroom shower was clogged from the moment we arrived. I feel like we needed a little more pots and pans and utensils to cook with. Would like to see a few more coffee cups and plastic Tupperware and plastic cups/bowls/plates.

Great, relaxing week!

We love Navarre and this was our first time staying at this location. The unit was clean and ready on time. Very, very spacious. The pics don't do it justice on how big it really is. Awesome balcony to relax on in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The beach set up was a HUGE plus! It was nice knowing we had a spot on the beach under an umbrella to escape the sun. The only minor complaint I would have is it seems the water pressure in the showers was pretty low. Not sure if it's the showerheads or the unit water. The owner was super responsive to communication. Overall, I would recommend this unit for a fun, relaxing family vacation!! Can't wait to come back!!

Pictures dont do it justice, very large and very roomy, we had 4 children and 2 adults. Easy walk to pool and beach. Nice carts made available for loading/unloading. Could use updating, but for vacation it was fine, im not living there. Could use more plastic cups kitchen things. With 3 children under 8...worried about broken glasses. Ms Sue was great, even when we got "locked" out...we lost beach time but found other activity for children while we waited approx. 45 minutes...but all in all it was good.

Excellent property, gorgeous location, and great communication.

I cannot say enough about this property. From parking to unloading to getting to condo was the easiest I have ever had while staying in a rental property. The condo itself is amazing especially the view from the balcony. It is perfect for someone traveling solo or a family. The proximity to the beach alone made the trip much more relaxing. The owner was a great help when I wanted to extend the stay to enjoy the gorgeous weekend weather. The staff on property were super nice and friendly. The building felt very safe and I wasn’t uncomfortable traveling by myself. Can’t wait til next trip to Navarre.

pictures online are deceiving

Was very disappointed in the cleanliness. Walls are marked up and damaged, furniture is stained, lighting is poor, curtains/blinds are missing, lamps that don't even plug in, picture on TV dark and difficult to see, master bed very uncomfortable. I was stuck with a pillow that felt like a 2x4. It could not even bend. There was an outdoor rug, stained, being used for the living area. A bathroom rug, in badly need of washing, being used in the kitchen. The actual bathroom rugs are matted and stained. We only had 3 wash cloths total for the entire condo. Basically we had to wash every day on our vacation. No liquid soap to clean dishes, and the hand soap in the bathroom was practically empty. The decor was horribly clashing. We had African parrots with dolphins and a picture of Greece (which I would swear I've seen in an hotel). The colors were all over the place. The master bedroom had a sheet and the comforter. No blanket. The pots and pans were scratched. The spatula was melted. There was a pot with blacked burnt stains on the bottom. The dishwasher had dishes in it when we arrived. While we were there, we brought up the reviews because we were shocked that we picked a place since we always check reviews first. For some insane reason, people were giving 4 star reviews for this place, but then listing all the faults at the bottom. Why someone would rate a place with 4 starts when there are so many issues is mindboggling. If I could give this place zero

Amazing property!!!!!

Went to this property in Navarre at Beach Colony with my Mom. What a beautiful place to stay for our vacation. From a perfect view to an amazing nights sleep. You can hear the ocean just by cracking the patio door. Everything you need to get settled is provided in the condo. And if you needed anything the owner is sooooo sweet and very attentive. Will never stay anywhere else on our next vacation ☺️ Perfect trip all the way 💯

Such a great place

Condo itself and building were both so well located and convenient. Unit and building were well maintained with so many amenities. Unit was even larger than you’d think with huge rooms. Plenty of space to spread out and feel at home while on vacation. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Relaxing stay

I love Beach Colony this unit had a great view of the Gulf Coast. The place was clean and the main bed was comfortable. The 2nd bedroom needed block out blinds. It was like daylight at night because the outside lights came through the curtains. The extra chairs in the living room were really dirty but other than that the condo was nice and had everything you need for a nice beach vacation.

Great home-base for the week!

Sue's condo was a great place for our family to meet and spend quality time together. The unit was well-equipped for our needs, and we were surprised to find a cart of beach floats, nets, and other items in the laundry room. Sue was quick to respond to our questions. The reserved parking with the unit was very convenient. Beach Colony is an excellent complex for a week at the beach. We plan to visit this unit again in the future.
