We had a great time! We stayed on this property for a full week (Friday-Friday). It was comfortable for myself, spouse, toddler, and baby. Only complaint was that the shower curtain had what may have been a mildew stain (this could have been a tanning lotion stain from a previous tenant possibly though?) and one of the sets of sheets had a spot (though this may have just been a stain that didn’t come off in the wash!) Overall though, easy fixes for future tenants, and we had a great time! Perfect for a young family to stay.

Rental was super clean. I have bad allergies and was happy with the level of cleanliness. No allergic reactions at all from me. The beach view was lovely and location and access to good food and groceries was also convenient. We also loved that you could rent chairs and umbrellas by the day/week right off of the walkway to the beach. The pool was also very nice. It was clean and refreshing. I would have given 5 stars across the board had the elevators been working. Make sure if you want to rent this property that you have enough stamina to lug all your belongings up and down three flights of stairs and that every time you want to leave you’re ready to tackle the stairs. Luckily it was just my husband and I but…..Further observations: king bed is very soft and shower is very dark due to dark brown shower curtain. Neither of these are dealbreakers for me just more for the information.

Quick getaway

Clean one bedroom right on the beach. Nice smaller pool when you get tired of the sand. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Our long weekend was not cram packed with visitors which made it even better. Easy to check in and out.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was beautiful and the view was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and we loved the beach service. It is well worth the money! It was quiet, with a very short walk to the beach. Would love to come back.

The cleanest condo I have been to in a while 😀

Everything was great-easy to find, park, etc. Anything you need is nearby-Jellyfish Restaurant is right across the street, Pauls Pizza and Daquri Bar, and The Breakfast Club too. No need to get back in your vehicle until you leave.

The beach view was nice. The condo was very nice. a couple suggestions: they could use a few more larger coffee mugs...I am sure they get broke overtime. Also the shower handle needs to be removed and cleaned. Other than that it was a very nice property. we will be back soon!

Perfect location right on the beach. Nice and quiet area. There was even a coffee shop and a delicious restaurant right across the street! The condo was clean and comfortable. Bedsheets were comfortable to sleep in. Blackout curtains were a nice touch. The only thing I would make others aware of is the kitchen doesn't have any coffee filters for the coffee machine. We brought our own coffee but no filters - we'll be better prepared next time!

Nice, clean, just as pictured

Had a great stay. Checking in and out was easy. The condo was as pictured and super clean. We stayed at perdido sky in perdido key Florida had a great time meet some great people. This place was easy to deal with and we had no problems was a seamless easy time for us. We enjoyed our weekend. The beach was gorgeous love perdido key. The balcony furniture was really nice as well.
