Condo clean and well maintained although due for a refresh. The building was small which reduces crowding. The building is older and there was an elevator and complex wide hot water outage but both were addressed promptly. Beds were comfortable and linens were good quality and plentiful. The property management Coastal Luxury Vacations was responsive and helpful though their preavvival messages to not co tact them were off putting. Overall great stay and would recommend especially in shoulder seasons when rates are lower

The view was absolutely amazing as stated but if you’re going to see the blue angels which that was our intent you absolutely will not be able to see the blue angels from this property we were there for the weekend show and never seen them once we heard them but could not see them but all in all the property contained everything we needed except for the view of the airshow

The view was unobstructed and beautiful. The only drawback was small kitchen with no placemats and no garbage bag left for the can. Also, lots of noise outside on master bedroom end but that cannot be helped. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Nice condo

My wife and i enjoyed our stay. Check process was easy and we had good communication with the property managers. The condo was the perfect size for just us and had everything we needed.

Comfortable Place To Stay

Great location! Beautiful views from the balcony! The king size bed was very comfortable. Great shower pressure. Loved having tons of towels in the bathroom. Also loved having two AC wall units. The family members sleep at different temperatures. So being able to adjust one in the bedroom and the other for the sleeper sofa in the living room was perfect! Great communication with the property team. The building only has one elevator and it seemed very slow. But the next time I am in Pensacola, I will stay here again.
