We have never been to Perdido Key so we were pleasantly surprised. We love this more quiet location. We always got a great spot outside on beach infront of our condo. The condo was very nice, clean, and nicely decorated 1 bedroom. We didn't cook here so I can't speak on kitchen utensils. Loved that you can leave out backdoor on balcony to go to beach. Loved the pizza across the street, Lillian's. The condo had a bunch of streaming apps you could use. I wish bathroom had a lock on the door but made it work with towel on knob. I recommend this place.

We had a great time! The property was super clean and had everything we needed. Great location. Lillians pizza and The Jellyfish restaurants are just down the road, highly recommend them. Having the beach access just steps from the balcony was so amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better time! Will be back!

The listing pictures did not disappoint. Easy check-in and a very clean condo on the beach just steps from your back door. Would like to stay here again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo had great beach front view from balcony, easy beach access off of balcony, and not overly populated beach. Had everything we needed for our short 4 day stay in late July. The condo was very clean, kudos to their cleaning crew!! The only downside was the bed is very firm, but I understand that probably holds up the best with being a rental. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Right on the beach!

Awesome condo right on the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed except the broiler did not work. Property manager was great and communicated well. We will definitely be back!

Nice place

Very clean and right on the beach! The only drawback was the public beach is beside the property and those people took over the space in front of our place with loud music and cigarette smoke. There was no designated space for Gulf Villa renters.

Place was right on the ocean and very nice. The condo and location and cleaniness were great. Communication, check-in and checkout was easy peasy and we got lucky enough to rent an extra day early from them on short notice. To no fault of the owner or mgmt, keep in mind if someone rents the unit above you, that you will hear them quite easily. We had no one above us for most of our stay, but the last couple days we were a little annoyed with the folks above us. Again, this was probably unique to the group that was visiting above us and no fault to the owner or management. We would definitely consider renting this unit again. The mgmt company and cleaners did a great job. Thanks!
