It was very clean and everything worked. The space was a little tight, but fine for two people. Would’ve stayed another week but it was booked. Of course the beach was fabulous.

I have stayed in a lot of different condos on the beach. I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It was very cute and cozy inside. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. It has been updated and is tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and they have dark curtains in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen has everything you need including cleaning supplies and extra trash bags. Also, most places don't have any cabinets to put pantry items in, but they have an empty corner cabinet, so that was nice. The view off the balcony is beautiful with it being beachfront. All in all it is a great place to stay and we plan on coming back again!

Cute Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was spotless when we arrived and was just like the listing pictures. They had everything you would need for your stay including beach chairs and an umbrella. Would definitely recommend this property.

Best Condo!

Absolutely loved our first time staying at this condo! Everything was well equipped with anything we needed. We loved the layout which included the 2 bunks for my 5 & 7 year old girls. Loved the convenience of being right on the beach. We will be staying here in the future again too. Property owner was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire visit. Definitely recommend this location for families!

So fun

It’s a great condo with a super sweet owner. We had a blast. The only issue is the small bunk beds. My kids are just growing out of them so we’ll have to stay somewhere else next year :( but that’s the entire building not just this condo. I highly recommend it and would stay again and again!

Beautiful view of the beach

This was our second time staying at Perdido Skye but this was a different unit. Very nicely furnished. Beautiful view of the beach and water from the 6th floor balcony. Similar to the unit we had a few years ago so I'm assuming all the units in the building will be nice. My husband and I didn't need the 2 bunkbeds, but just saying ,they are only long enough for children, not adults. We came to spend time listening to music at Flora-Bama which is only about 5 miles away. We were here when Hurricane Helene passed to our east. We live in central Florida and we were worried about roads still being closed on our way home, the owner graciously let us stay an extra night and all roads were cleared before we had to travel.

We’ll Be Back!

Cannot say enough about this condo! The hosts were the best- any questions I had they had an answer within 20 minutes! The condo had everything my husband, myself and our 4 boys needed. We were literally steps from the beach! The pool was fabulous and my favorite was the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. Beds were comfy, and there were extra blankets and pillows which came in handy. Across the street make sure you check out the ice cream/coffee shop, it was so good! And the housekeeper Bernard was such a sweetheart! Like I said, I cannot say enough about how much my family enjoyed our vacation and this condo! We will definitely be back next summer!

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I recently stayed in this beautiful condo. The entire process was seamless… several days before our arrival we received all of our instructions from our host, Lisa. On the day of our arrival, we had one minor issue with the keyless entry code. I called Aurora, who graciously fixed the problem and sent us a new code. The condo itself is beautiful, just as pictured. We loved having the private balcony with the direct view of the gorgeous white sand beach. Everything that we needed was provided by the host. The kitchen was fully stocked and very clean. Plenty of towels were provided, although we did one load of laundry (towels) while we were there. Very close walk to the beautiful beach, the pool was immaculate, although a little cold in March. One of my favorite things was the included beach chairs and umbrella… This saved us from renting chairs on the beach at $45 a day! Perdido Key could not be any more beautiful, and we hope to stay here again soon!

The condo was very clean and stocked with some essentials like dish soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags. It felt very homey and has a beautiful view! While the bunk beds are more well suited for smaller children (10 years old or younger) and are smaller than twin size, we still had enough sleeping space for our family with the two older kids in the living room. The view is fantastic! We saw dolphins every morning of our stay. We also love the location, the pool, beach access. It was awesome that the owner sent us the info we needed for arrival well ahead of time in case we had questions. Will definitely be back.

Cute, Quiet & Clean Property!

It has everything you will need for a perfect stay! Beds were super comfortable and the condo was definitely one of the cleaner condos I have stayed at. The only negative thing I have to say is the bunk beds in the foyer were smaller than expected. It was perfect for my 8 yr old but my 17 yr old had to use the sofa bed which really wasn’t a big deal. Everyone on grounds were super helpful and polite as well. I would absolutely stay here again!

When we saw the Perdido Skye Condominiums, it felt like a home away from home because it was a low density complex. Also, we loved the fact the Perdido Key area is very family-oriented and peaceful. Perdido Key Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast and because of the low density of this area, there is always plenty of space on the beach all year long.
