Find everything you need inside your condo to feel right at home. There have been some recent updates to this condo including a 55 inch TV for the living room and a 50 inch TV for the primary bedroom. New paint, fixtures and furniture have been added throughout for an upgraded feel. There is now seating for four at the breakfast bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, allowing you to prepare any type of meal. In addition, the bedrooms and living room have Smart TVs so that you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies while away on vacation.

Once you’ve unpacked, it’s time to get out and have some fun. The walkover takes you down to the sand in an instant. Don’t forget your beach bag! Beach chairs are available to rent each day, so be sure to get there early to secure a great spot on the sand. The addition of the community pool and picnic areas are great places to relax and unwind with friends and family.

If you’re looking for fun and adventure on vacation, Pensacola Beach is the place to be! This condo is dog friendly and is located on the first floor and has a very spacious patio with chair and a picnic table. The condo is very spacious and clean. I love that the resort is on the beach and has a pool to use as well.

Everyone was friendly and the property seems to be well-managed. Pool and beach areas are great.The only issue I had was that the shower is just inside a tub, which required a high step to get in and out.It wouldn’t be good for people with mobility issues.

Everything about the room was accurately described except the fact that dogs aren't allowed on the grass outside the room. It would be like pictures of a toy set in the grass taken from the patio only to find out when you get there with your kids, they are not allowed out the patio doors and play with the toys. That's the only reason we booked this room is because we have a senior dog and was looking forward to being able to take her right outside our room. The room description and previous reviews were very misleading to this.

Excellent communication with the rental company. The photos are accurate, the 3D walk-through is dated. The property is clean and welcoming. Dogs are not allowed beyond the patio but there is enough space for the dog to be comfortable.

Wonderful resort!

We had a last minute change due to the property we originally booked could not be used. They quickly changed our booking to this resort. It was just a short walk across the street to the beach. There is also all the resort amenities on the bay side with access to the bay side beach and a floating obstacle course. We had fun relaxing on the beach and had a wonderful view!

Home away from home

This property is very nice very well taken care of and a lot of nice folks staying there. There were people from all over staying on the property almost there. Everything was good especially the courtyard access and the pet friendly areas to walk your pet. A beach dog park is only 1.5 miles away. The beds were very comfortable and the master has a full bathroom. All glass doors on the courtyard side give indoors an outside feeling. The property is secure and safe. The property has a large pool, outdoor concrete tables for eating outside. APrivate walkway to the beach is a plus if you want to walk down to the beach.

Good family vacation property. Management company not flexible.

Management company is strictly business and would not let me upgrade my reservation within hours of booking. The property turns out just enough space for my family. So, I gave it a good rating.

the worst experience ever

Southern vacations rental let us KNOWINGLY check in, in a place that was infested with roaches and instead of anticipating the whole situation reacted on a day by day basis. We can't receive an appropriate compensation from them for all the inconvenience generated.

Great beach location

This condo was exactly as described in the listing. It met our basic needs and was just fine for a long weekend. The elevator is loud in the condo as is the AC unit in the master bedroom. Easily fixed with a sound machine. The half bath gurgled sewer gas once a day and we needed to run fans and open the window for a few minutes, the plumber did come out and said it wasn’t a big deal, and the smell cleared out quickly enough. The location is outstanding. It’s on a great part of the beach full of kind people and families. It’s unbelievably easy and convenient to access the (clean) pool and the beach, plus the kids were able to play in the grassy “backyard” when not at the beach. No stairs needed to climb and no elevator needed to ride, combined with a quick walk to and from the beach was a dream for us with our kids and all of our beach stuff. A bonus was feeding the ducks on the property every day. We would stay again for a short weekend.

Nice place, if more people stayed, would need another full bath. Elevator and something else made lots of weird noises through out the night/day. First floor was excellent for my wife recovering from knee replacement surgery. Regency staff was nice and friendly. Will stay again.
