2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. One dog is allowed up to 50lbs. max. Or, two small dogs up to 25lbs each. NOT allowed to go outside through the sliding glass door, designated dog areas only.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
