Sie können es kaum erwarten, Ihre Zehen in den Sand zu stecken? Warte nicht länger! Seien Sie unsere Gäste in unserer 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, wunderschön renovierte Wohnung. Dies ist eine Familienwohnung seit 1976 gekauft. Es wurde 2009 komplett renoviert und im Sommer 2011 eingerichtet. Wir freuen uns, unser Stück Paradies mit unseren neuen Mietfreunden zu teilen.

Direkt am Golf von Mexiko gelegen, können Sie ganz einfach in den Pool eintauchen oder den Dünenrundgang für einen herrlichen Tag am Strand nutzen.

Unsere schöne Wohnung bietet Platz für 8 Personen mit 2 Queensize-Betten im Master, 1 Queensize-Bett im Gästezimmer und 1 Queensize-Bett. Zwei Vollbäder haben neue Schränke und Quarzarbeitsplatten. Die Küche ist familiengerecht mit Edelstahlgeräten und Quarzarbeitsplatten ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei neue Flachbildfernseher und einen DVD / Blue Ray Player.

Wir lieben den Standort unserer Einheit! Die Einheit im 2. Stock ist über eine Treppe leicht zu erreichen, wenn Sie die Aufzüge in der Lobby meiden möchten. Als Endeinheit verfügt der Grundriss über einen einzigartigen Flur, der in einen großen, offenen Grundriss übergeht, der hell ist und Licht aus großen Fenstern hereinlässt. Wir haben eine der größten Einheiten im Regency. Es ist 1.380 Quadratfuß groß. Die Balkone der Regency Towers sind unterschiedlich groß. Great place to stay, it is an older but VERY well maintained property. Plenty of beach space to enjoy! 208W is a clean, spacious, comfy, and very well maintained unit. The host was great. Many amenities so you just need to bring your sunscreen and bathing suits. While the balcony is not an oceanfront view you can still see the water, so I think it’s still a good view. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

When I arrived the home was very clean. Locations is right on the beach and wonderful beach items are in the condo. Very peaceful area. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. Host was very welcoming and provided great ideas on things to do in the area.

Condo was spacious, clean, & had plenty of cooking supplies. Everything in the unit worked well. My only complaints are personal preferences. The bed in the single bed room was slightly sinking in the middle and both bedrooms had blinds but the sunlight was brutal in the mornings. Bring your eyemasks! Regardless of them both, I would stay here again. Patty was a fantastic host and very efficient with communication throughout the entire process.

Regency Towers is the perfect place for families, quiet & peaceful away from the heavy traffic but close enough to get to restaurants, shops, & grocery stores conveniently. The Locals convenient store is walking distance across the street & has fresh coffee, bakery items /sandwiches, & any items you may need quickly. This condo is expertly setup with plenty of linens, towels, & places to sit in the living & kitchen area. The beach chairs & umbrellas were so clutch & made our beach days so comfortable & relaxing! Regency towers has a great pool & short boardwalk right to the beach. Patty was an excellent host providing ample information ahead of time regarding checkin/checkout info as well as things to do in the area. We notified Patty one of our 1st mornings the coffee pot had suddenly stopped working & she was very responsive & replaced it within the hour! Very thankful as we were traveling with 3 young ones so caffeine was critical! 12/10 recommend this place to any one traveling to Pensacola Beach

Pensacola Condo 4 night stay

Comfortable accommodations, loved having 2 bathrooms. Beds and sheets were comfy and nice to have basics in kitchen provided. Perfect for our family.

One of our best vacations ever!

The condo was perfect! They had everything we needed for a worry-free and relaxing stay. We especially loved how close it is to the beach. The owners are very easy to work with and provided lots of helpful information about the area. We plan on coming back for sure.

For all you friendly fliers, Pensacola Aviation Center is a great FBO to land and tie down. It is a 12 mile scenic drive across the Pensacola Bay and the Santa Rosa Sound. Get on bikes and explore the beach or play miniature golf, kayak, jet ski or parasail. There are so many delicious restaurants and fun venues that will keep you coming back! This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There is no need to get in a car or cross a busy street to enjoy our beautiful beach. Our condo happens to be one of the largest with approximately 1,380 square feet. We also have a home in Marathon, Florida Keys that is available to rent. VRBO# 1691145

It is an end unit with many windows. There is no tunnel effect! You don't have to wait on the elevator in the lobby. Our unit is accessible by the exterior stairwell.
