Es ist einer der besten Strände der Welt und es ist privat!
Flugangebote beginnen am 22. August und geht bis 19. Dezember ... Autovermietungen sind sehr billig als gut. Der Grund ist, die Kinder sind wieder in der Schule. Ich kann Ihnen helfen, Ihren Flug und Mietwagen-Angebote zu finden.
Palmen, tropische Pflanzen, Sonnenschein werden Sie im Paradies umgeben. Ihre weißen Sandstrand ist privat (nicht für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich) Das Objekt hat eine Tiki Hut am Rand des Wassers, in dem Sie Grill (die gefangenen Fische) auf dem Gasgrill und speisen Sie mit Ihrer Familie oder Begleiter. Sehen Delphin-Spiel nur 20 Meter vor unserer Küste.

Der beheizte Pool ist auch ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen. Das Anwesen wurde komplett renoviert und Landschaftspark, im Jahr 2008 abgeschlossen. Meine Wohnung ist auch mit einer voll ausgestattete Küche, GE Produkte und Corian Tops renoviert.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, Kingsize-Bett, Flachbild-TV und Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf das Meer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 2 Doppelbetten und Flachbild-TV. Die Wohnung wurde professionell mit allen neuen Möbeln, einschließlich Matratzen / Bettwäsche dekoriert.

Es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung, wo man auf dem Wasser speisen. Die meisten Menschen lieben, um das Dolphin Research Center, wo Sie mit den Delfinen schwimmen oder die Show besuchen können. Oder Sie können eine 50-minütige Fahrt nach Key West zu nehmen und verbringen den Tag Auschecken Museen, Kunstgalerien und viele andere Attraktionen.

Great Stay and Great Host!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Key Colony Beach at this lovely condo. The accommodations were wonderful. It provided everything we needed, like a home away from home. The space was a cozy, beach cottage vibe. We got a chance to enjoy the balcony which was great in the mornings for coffee and meditation. Additionally, the beach was nice and relaxing with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. We watched the 4th of July fireworks at Sunset park with the residents of Key Colony which gave a small town feel.This experience would not have been as wonderful if it was not for our Host-Micheal. He was very hospitable, providing a list of things to do, restaurants, and resources in the area. We had a hiccup early on and he took care of it right away. We would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit this area.

The most beautiful place

My husband, 16 yr son and I enjoyed a week long vacation in Marathon. Michael's condo was just perfect! The area is wonderful! This was our first visit to the Keys and they did not disappoint. We snorkeled, fished, kayaked, enjoyed the pool and the ocean. Hopefully, one day we will be back......thank you for everything Michael!

Awesome honeymoon trip

Fantastic location/Owner communication!

We had a fantastic week, and the location was absolutely wonderful. The condo was completely stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, pots and pans, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The communication with the owner was one of the best experiences I have ever had. He sent several emails with a lot of awesome information regarding excursions, restaurants and things to do in the area. He consistently checked in to make sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. When we left, he even provided us with things we can do in Lauderdale and Miami while waiting for our flight that evening. I would definitely recommend this rental as we would definitely come back here again when visiting the keys.

Keys Mini Lobster Season 2023

This was our second year staying in this unit. We continue to enjoy, extremely clean and it has everything you might need. Great location for these grandparents to “get away” each evening from the large group staying in their rental house on 9th Street! Very happy with this year’s rental/stay. Loved It!

This was our first trip to the Keys and we had an incredible time. The host, Michael, is very responsive and a wealth of information about the area. He not only suggested things to do in Key Colony, but also points north and south so we got a full experience! About the condo - it's a lovely, quiet complex with a large central pool. The condo was clean when we arrived, and we appreciated the comfortable couches for relaxing after a busy day. The bed is quite possibly the most comfortable I've ever had on vacation! The rooms are large and it's a very nice space for four people. The location - being in the Middle Keys we got to see everything from Key West to Key Largo! My kids (10 and 12) loved the turtle hospital and Aquarium Encounters, both just minutes away. Conch Custard was a favorite for ice cream, and Rotary Children's park is an amazing playground. Overall, it was a great trip. We are so glad to have stayed here!

Great vacation!!

This property is the perfect spot for a Florida keys vacation! The condo was very clean, easy to get to, and we liked that it was not located on the main streets. The pool was fabulous. It was large enough to comfortably accommodate all the guests with plenty of chairs to relax in. We felt so lucky to have private beach access as well with beautiful ocean views, and again, ample seating to accommodate. You are in walking distance to a couple restaurants which is nice, but also only a 5-15min drive to many other amazing restaurants and activities. It was the perfect central spot in the Keys to be able to explore other islands as well. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Excellent condo in the keys!

I can’t say enough great things about this condo or the area. Key Colony Beach and Sea Isle #18 are total gems. The condo has all amenities and extras you could need. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in and being able to walk to the private beach. The water was warm and clear. We walked to Sunset Beach for beautiful sunsets and the nightly sunset song, sung by local residents. The area is central for day trips to Key West and the Upper Keys. We’ve been on many beach vacations and all of us agree this has been our best yet. Such a relaxing area. Thank you to Michael for being an excellent host and providing us with extra info about the area. We’ll definitely be back someday!

Just okay..

I’d like to start by saying the communication with the property manager was so consistent, prompt, and thorough. Any questions about our stay were answered promptly. The property itself was fine, and the accommodations (for the price) were adequate. I did feel that the cleanliness of the condo could have been improved. It definitely wasn’t as clean as the many other properties I’ve rented. There were several broken tiles in the kitchen and other things didn’t seem well maintained. The building itself is very dated. This is nothing that can be helped, but I do feel it’s an important detail for others renting. Last, we weren’t able to enjoy the beach at all. Of course, this is not the fault of anyone, but I was very disappointed with the amount of sargassum present. It made the water virtually impossible to enjoy, and it had a terrible odor. I would avoid going to The Keys during the summer months if you’re a beach lover.

An awesome place and an awesome host

This place had everything we needed and many extras that many places don't provide. It was very clean. Michael was a wonderful host. Check in was painless and he gave many recommendations for places to eat and things to do and answered all of our questions about the area. The beach though small was very nice with a very nice pool as well with lounge chairs and tables. We cooked in the condo and on the grill in the area provided. Michael checked in on us multiple times which was very nice to be so hands on and personal. We would recommend this to anyone and we would return.

Quiet and friendly place

Very nice, quiet condo complex with many adults who were obviously returnees. Spacious 2 bedroom- 2 bathroom. Clean and everything we needed. Buildings and grounds are well taken care of. Good location for walking and biking around Key Colony Beach. Sunset beach gathering spot 2 minutes walk. Great communication with owner. Nice clean and quiet pool. Private beach area. Would re-book if we return to the Keys. Close access to many good restaurants.

My wife and I have three boys that have enjoyed the Keys for years. Back home we are kept very busy with multi-sports activities and school. When we are in the Keys we do everything together fishing, dolphin encounters, snuba dive/snorkel. We also enjoy outstanding water-front restaurants and sitting on the beach talking/relaxing.

The first time we vacationed at Sea Isle Condominiums in Key Colony Beach was back in 1996. At the time we had 2 boys (now we have a 3rd) It was the best vacation we ever had. We booked the following year and again, it was outstanding. When a condo came on the market we decided to purchase it...that was in 1998. My family absolutely loves the time we spend in the Keys...we have great memories!!!

We have one of the best white sand beaches in the world! It's private and safe. We have seen all kinds of Sea life on our beach including dolphin and manatee. The ocean is crystal clear...great for snorkeling. The tiki hut on the beach has gas grills and tables for dining on the water. Our pool is large and heated. The property is beautifully landscaped with colorful tropical plants and bushes.
