Wonderful location

This was a perfect little place for our stay! Living area was a little smaller, but had a big patio area to make up for it and with a great waterfront view we just sat outside for meals. The location can't be beat - you can walk to Cabana Club for the pool and beach, or to Havana Jack's for food and drinks. The place was clean and seemed well maintained, and the golf cart was a really nice feature. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great property and amenities, with the exception of the master bathroom. The shower was extremely weak, and there was no shower door so the floor got wet every time. Very weird set up, there is no bathroom door, it just opens up into the bedroom, and it was extremely small. I never received check in details so had to message Vrbo to get the door code. Other than the bathroom, the stay was good. Loved the golf cart, dock, kitchen and living room. Outdoor space was great too. I would probably not choose this one again though, just because of that weird bathroom set up. :(

Great location. Very clean house. Pictures need updated, there are no TV's in bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Golf cart was awesome. Quiet neighborhood.

Everything was wonderful. Such a beautiful area and the canal was so nice. Manatees and birds were seen regularly. The community pool and beach was really great! Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable stay. Property was beautiful and very convenient. Very peaceful being in the water with access to fish all day long. House was very cozy, access to the golf cart and cabana club was a great addition to the rental. Would choose this location again

This is a great little cottage; it was clean and worked well for two couples. The house isn't perfect, but having access to the golf cart and the pool and private beach at the Cabana Club made it extra special! Some great nearby places are Sparky's Landing (good food and live music), Havana Jack's (next to the Cabana Club) for drinks, live music, and unbeatable ocean views, and Sunset Park.It was clean

Nice Family-friendly stay

We really enjoyed the location, the local beach & pool club, everything was walkable or we could use the golf cart. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Friendly and responsive property manager, thanks so much!

Wonderful family getaway

We stayed at the property in March for a few days for Spring Break with our 2 boys (ages 12 & 14). It was a wonderful little home and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was great. The golf cart was a plus and we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. The Key Colony beach club was a 2 min walk and a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach. We watched the sunset at sunset park which was great too! All in all we really enjoyed

Management services was completely uncaring. Ask for life preserver for adults and was told they were in the garage. They weren’t. The kayak leaked and sank while we tried to fish. Do the math! Many lights did not work. As you know it doesn’t take much to destroy one’s confidence. This was an awful experience. Add life preservers, adults and children. Buy a kayak that doesn’t leak. Put air in the bike tires, I bet they are still flat! Clean under the beds. Try to anticipate everyone’s desire for a basic sense of decency for families who have traveled hundreds of miles to vacation. The golf cart tires were all low. The stove counter top is very hard to clean. So unnecessary to care so little. Owner should be notified. So sad.

We would like to clarify the following: - The kayaks do not have any holes and have been used by guests before and after your stay. They are in perfect condition. - We do not advertise life vests and never would have told you that they were in the garage. However, we do offer children's vests as a courtesy. - We verified that the golf cart tires were not flat and were functioning fine.The safety of our guests is very important to us, and we would never want anyone to have a negative experience or to destroy anyone's confidence. We strive for all our guests to enjoy themselves and to provide a 5-star experience. We have a great reputation and over 60 amazing 5-star reviews.
