Mockingbird Pointe ist ein ruhiges, abgeschiedenes, 1,2 Hektar großes tropisches Paradies am Wasser im Herzen der Florida Keys. Es verfügt über einen privaten beheizten oder gekühlten 16 x 32 Zoll großen Zementpool mit Spritzendeck. Dieses Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ist neu renoviert, möbliert und komplett renoviert mit neuen Möbeln, Bettwäsche, Kunstwerken und Bettwäsche. Wickeln Sie sich um abgeschirmte Veranden mit Blick auf die Sombrero-Lagune und Ihr 85-Fuß-geschütztes Dock mit einer Fischreinigungsstation, einem Köder-Gefrierschrank und einer Außendusche. Schonende, leicht zu navigierende Schritte zu den Wohnbereichen. Die Küche enthält alle Kochgeschirr und Werkzeuge, um den Chef in Ihnen zu befriedigen. Die architektonisch gestaltete Konstruktion mit Zypernbalken macht diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem für Ihren perfekten Urlaubsurlaub. Neuer Kühlschrank mit geteilter Tür, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Fahrräder, 3 Kajaks, eine Gefriertruhe für Köder und Angelruten werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Amazing property. Feels so private and secluded. Very nice full size pool that actually feels refreshing in the summer heat. Great dock access makes docking your boat very easy. Kids caught more than 40 fish from the dock, but the many tarpon hanging around were too elusive unfortunately. Owners are great. Kids want to come back next year!

We loved everything about this house! The tropical landscaping is gorgeous and adds to the private and secluded feel of the property. The dock was a hit. We saw fish, sharks, and a manatee. Plenty of room for our 22 ft boat. We had everything we needed and more. The host was quick to respond to our questions and truly the luckiest person to own this beautiful home

Relaxing Retreat

Our stay was amazing! The house is wonderful! It is situated among large trees and lush landscaping making it feel private and secluded, but is also close to stores and restaurants. The wrap around porch and pool area were very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. Philip and Linda are great host!

We have been renting this property for several years and really enjoy it! Our Private Resort

That's what it felt like, our own private resort. The abundant flora and fauna had us totally isolated from neighboring properties yet we still had a lovely and expansive view of the lagoon where we saw dolphins and manatees. The home was lovely both inside and out. The house description did not do it justice, it was even more beautiful than listed. We had use of numerous outdoor equipment, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen, and a very, very relaxing pool and garden area. I can not see another rental experience ever being as nice as this. Oh, and communication with the owners was very quick. "Thank you" to the home owners.

Resort Vibe, just relax vacation spot!

We loved everything about this vacation home. Well taken care of with plenty of things to do. Fished off the dock, caught some neat fish, saw manatees swimming next to the dock, quick kayak trip, bicycle ride to the beach a few times, and lots of pool time too. So convenient to the stores and great restaurants in the area. The house had everything you need for amenities. Amazing 8 day stay of enjoying this tropical private retreat. Gorgeous property inside and outside and would stay again. Don't pass up booking this Marathon property. Hidden Gem.

Wonderful Surprise

This was our 4th stay at Mockingbird Pointe. We walked into a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen has been newly remodeled since our stay in 2024.There has also been updates in the bathrooms and other areas of the house. It looks fantastic. The property is gorgeous as ever. Everything we hoped for!!

This home and location was everything we had hoped it would be! Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing. We enjoyed the screened in porch, relaxing with coffee in the mornings and with a cocktail in the evenings. We enjoyed many hours in the and around the pool, and especially watching the many lizards coming out to win themselves poolside. Biking and kayaking were also activities we enjoyed when we were out exploring the area. Highly recommend this home and these hosts!!

No False Advertisement!

Staying at the Mockingbird Lane property is truly like staying at your own little private resort. The property is beautifully landscaped and the house and screened porch met our needs perfectly! The Burkarts are gracious and accommodating hosts! Minus the weather (Hurricane Milton) we could not have loved our stay more! We will definitely visit Mockingbird Pointe again!

Amazing property in Marathon

My wife and adult son stayed at Mockingbird Pointe during the second week in August. The property was everything we expected, then some. The initial impression is that the owners take great pride in landscaping, which was meticulously kept with tropical foliage. The pool was amazing and offered great relief from the August humidity. The table and lounge chairs placed in the shallow section was a nice touch! We rented a boat for the week and used the dock and fish cleaning table, which were excellent. The house was in a great location, convenient to Sombrero Beach, Publix, and restaurants. There are plenty of bikes to use, as well as kayaks with a convenient launch right on the property. Inside, the house was clean and had plenty of amenities. We would definitely come back to this piece of paradise!
