Unser White Sandy Tropical Private ist wunderschön und privat! Ich besitze auch 3 andere Angebote am selben Ort, und alle sind auf VRBO 243758, 227146 und 838261 aufgeführt

Palmen, tropische Pflanzen, Sonnenschein umgeben Sie im Paradies. Ihr weißer Sandstrand ist privat (nicht für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich) mit Liegestühlen am Strand und Pool. Das Anwesen verfügt über eine Tiki-Hütte am Wasserrand, wo Sie auf dem Gasgrill BBQ (den Fisch, den Sie gefangen haben) und mit Ihrer Familie oder Freunden am Wasserrand speisen können.

Der beheizte Pool ist auch ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen. Das Anwesen wurde kürzlich komplett renoviert. Die Wohnung, die sehr sauber und hell ist, wurde mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und Granitplatten komplett renoviert. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein passwortgeschütztes WLAN, das nicht mit anderen Eigentumswohnungen geteilt wird. Wir haben einen 50 Zoll Flachbildfernseher mit Kabel und Netflix im Wohnzimmer.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und einen Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Doppelbetten und einen Flachbild-TV. Die Wohnung wurde professionell mit allen neuen Möbeln einschließlich Matratzen / Betten ausgestattet.

Mögliche Aktivitäten in der Umgebung: Sitzen Sie an Ihrem privaten Strand und beobachten Sie die Delfine, Manatis, Tropenvögel und andere Keys Wildlife. Kajak, Schnorcheln und sonnen in der warmen Sonne.

Great spot mid-keys

This condo, located half-way through the Florida Keys, is a great, affordable spot to relax. Though we were looking for a spot right on the beach, this one at least has a balcony off the side with a partial beach view. As it turned out, we were glad to not be right on the beach because the seaweed gets a bit stinky during low tide. Not a problem--we just went to the pool in the afternoon. Truthfully no beach in the keys is seaweed-free, so just enjoy the beautiful views, the amazing blues of the water everywhere and the plentiful restaurants, boating and sealife encounters. Just an hour or so from Key West, too. The owner is readily available and the hall closet has extras in case you forget something! Very easy access, first floor, and comfy beds. Would stay again, for sure.

He immediately contacted me after I booked the location, assisted me with concerns and answered questions. He also provided a list of all his favorite restaurants and why, things to do, and even provided more as he thought of them. He was a wonderful host!

It was our first time in Key Colony. We really enjoyed the town. The place could not have been closer to pool and beach. Host was a great communicating with us.

Did a whole lot of relaxation explored wonderful restaurants. My husband and daughter did some scuba diving. Great people that stay in the condo area. Location was outstanding.

Relaxing week in the Keys!

We had a great time in the keys! The location is quiet and accommodated our family of 4 nicely. The host had impeccable communication & we tried many of his provided recommendations. We saw dolphins and sea turtles right off our beach! We’d definitely stay here again if we travel back to the keys.

Excellent host and beautiful location!

This is by far the most communicative and best host we have experienced using the VRBO app! The condo was clean and cool upon arrival, which was great! The view from just outside the condo was absolutely beautiful! There were storms in the area for the first two days of our stay but the weather cleared up nicely for the remainder of our trip and the water cleared up nicely as well. Although the washer and dryer was not in the unit, it was much easier to access than I had anticipated. We truly enjoyed our stay!

First Time in the Keys

Our host did a great job of communication and gave us a ton of suggestions on places to visit, eat and ways to enjoy the Keys. With regards to the accommodations, the master bed was way too hard to enjoy a comfortable night sleep. I would recommend a better mattress solution for future guests or a good mattress pad. The master bath toilet was constantly on and off with the water valve, and the bathroom door needs adjusting, it kept popping open unless you pulled it very hard to close it. I would also recommend a better assortment of kitchen utensils. There were no plastic spatulas and many of the frying pans had the copper plated surfaces and would get scratched with metal spatulas. I bought one and left it for the next guests. The property was very nice, great pool, very great and friendly guests. All in all we had a good time but the experience would have been greatly improved with a better mattress and a quiet toilet.

Very accurate pictures and description of property. Michael was in contact with us immediately offering to answer any questions and providing a great listing of information for where to eat, activities to do and places to see. We appreciated the clean, private beach as well as the quiet, safe condo and neighborhood. We would absolutely come back!

Great Family Vacation

We loved the property. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including books, sand toys, sunscreen, condiments and snorkeling gear! There are a couple grocery stores near by and we filled the fridge and pantry and were able to grill out on the patio under the tiki bar right near the beach. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t feel like cooking. The other people on the property were friendly and full of tips and suggestions for food. The snorkeling near the rocks off the beach is spectacular! Michael was a great host and available 24/7 for questions.

I started renting condos at this location in 1998. My wife and I purchased our first condo when we had 2 young children. We had our 3rd child the following year. Our 2 youngest learned to swill in the pool. We absolutely loved coming to the Keys as a family 2 to 3 times a year. The Florida Keys is not like mainland Florida. You will see so many colorful fish and sea creatures. We enjoy the ocean-side restaurants, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and snorkeling.

I have 4 vacation condos at this location. I purchased my 1st condo in 1998. Our beach and all adjacent beaches are private beaches and they are landlocked with no public access. The only people that you will encounter on the beach are property owners and guests. Guests love our heated pool. My condos are tastefully decorated with its own password-protected high-speed wifi (150mbps) and a 50-inch high-definition flat screen TV with cable and Netflix. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. I have a King-size bed in the master and 2 double beds in the guest bedroom.
