This Sea Loft is located just steps from the famous Harbour Town Restaurants and shops inside of the beautiful Sea Pines Resort. Imagine your own treehouse with 180 degree views of the marsh and Calibogue Sound. The uniqueness lies in the solitude you sense when you stand at the living room with floor to ceiling windows 15' above the marsh below and see everything... sunset vistas, deer and dolphins. Harbour Town with all of the shops, restaurants and big boat marina is only steps away. The pool you can access is the South Beach Pool ( $75/week for up to 5 people). the expansive Sea Pines Beach is yours to use free and is accessed by multiple bike paths and close by trolley service.
There is a recording security camera at the front door and parties are not allowed.

This unique home was perfect for our first visit to Hilton Head. The location was ideal, very quiet and private yet an easy walk to Harbour Town and easily accessible to all of SeaPines with all the bike trails. The house is just as described. The views are spectacular, changing almost hourly as the tide rolled in and out. Loved watching the deer, birds and dolphins! The house is very comfortable. The giant flat screen made watching October football and playoff baseball enjoyable as well! We highly recommend Siren’s Lookout.

What an awesome time we had, this place is fantastic and exactly as described. The owner is very good at communications and even went above and beyond to accommodate us when there was a minor issue with the AC system due to record breaking heat. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely Treehouse

Excellent location with a great view of the Calibogue Sound. We've stayed in other 'treehouses' in Sea Pines, and this is the best. New appliances and a well-stocked kitchen. Grill and fire table on the deck were additions.

Picture Perfect

This property located on Deer Island was a perfect 4 day escape. Incredible sunsets over the water and marsh. Many deer roaming around who appeared curious about the humans sharing their space. Great wildlife everywhere. The house was beautifully decorated and with all you need to be comfortable. The huge TV was also nice for movie watching in the evenings.Short walk to Harbor Town shops and restaurants. But best of all pet friendly for small dogs. Big thanks to the owners for sharing this great place for others to enjoy.

Perfection!

From the Location to Cleanliness, to Comfort this place was absolutely perfect. We did our laundry, cooked a little and biked everywhere. It is so conveniently located and offers privacy as well. My mom, sister and I stayed, and it was our favorite on our road trip. Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The place is everything advertised and more. We particularly enjoyed the solitude and views from the residence but also the short walk to all that Harbour Town has to offer. The best of both worlds. We certainly plan on returning to relive the experience!

Amazing stay at Siren’s Lookout

We had a lovely stay at Siren’s Lookout. Connie was a perfect host. She was quick to respond and extremely helpful. The house had everything we needed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the huge TV was a big hit for my family during a rainy day. We loved spending the evenings watching the sunset around the firepit and watching wildlife including beautiful birds and a sweet deer family. The view was stunning. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Cozy, relaxing stay with killer views

We stayed in this adorable treehouse for a week over NYE. It’s a quaint little place, but our family of 4 (girls aged 15 & 16) and pup fit just fine. It’s very well stocked and maintained. Million dollar view & the fire pit was awesome! Quick walk to Harbor Town and of course the rest of Sea Pines easily accessible on bike. Would definitely recommend for a close knit family or group of friends!

The Best

This was our 3rd stay at Siren's Lookout. We have been coming to Hilton Head for 8 years but this is our all time favorite place to say. There's privacy without sacrificing location. The unit is updated and you can't beat the spectacular view.

Treehouse waterview

Wonderful place to couple stay. Next door to Harbortown and all the amenities. Deer feed in the yard and marsh below the living quarters. We had a great time and coms with tenant could not have been better. Thanks so much for making us feel welcome.

I have been an artist and gallery owner and you will see my touches throughout the home. With 2 sons and a daughter nearby we enjoy the house ourselves at least one week out of six while our main residence is Florida.
