This spectacular waterfront villa in the coveted South Beach area of Sea Pines has been redecorated with attention to detail. It is at once relaxed and luxurious.

The foyer leads into the living room that reveals the dining room and kitchen, making for an open, inviting floor plan, perfect for gathering friends and family. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area with full-sized washer and dryer for added vacation convenience. Also on the first floor is a half-bath.

Sliding glass doors open to reveal the majestic view of Braddock Cove, with indigenous shore birds, marsh grasses and calm waters that combine to create a picture-perfect Lowcountry waterscape. And a nearby dock is accessible for crabbing and fishing.

Upstairs are two bedrooms including the master, this restful retreat holds a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and overlooks the waters of the Cove below. A private balcony with seating for two offers a bird’s eye view and perfect vantage point for enjoying the salt-scented breezes. The master bath holds a tub/shower combination.

The charming second bedroom sleeps three, offering a double and a bunk bed. Its bathroom holds a shower.

Great water view. Very clean unit. Was able to bring our dog with no hassles or excessive fees. Location is within walking distance of the Salty Dog and about a 1/4 mile walk to south beach access. Host was exceptional and responded to door issue within seconds. Issue was easily resolved and did not affect out stay. Only drawback is that the unit is very old and the furniture is dated. If your looking for a great easy getaway where you don't have to stress over scraping a wall then this is your place. If you want a pristine rental then look elsewhere. I would give the rental a 5 but the unit needs some love to get that extra star.

Great little townhouse in the South Beach area of HHI in Sea Pines. Everything was really accessible. Owner George was very responsive during our trip. Would stay there again for sure.

We loved this villa so much! First, the location: Walkable to the beautiful beach (tip: We used Beach Access 11 just past Gadwell) and so close to South Beach Marina - Salty Dog, new pickleball courts and more! The villa’s location itself was perfect - private with beautiful lagoon views. Next, the villa: Spacious for our family of five, and we loved that it was pet friendly so we could bring our fur babies! It was very clean and comfortable with upgraded bathrooms. This villa would earn a complete 5-stars all-around but I only gave it 4 for the online description because the VRBO photos do not do it justice. As frequent Sea Pines guests, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Communications with the owner were pleasant and prompt! Thank you for opening your villa to families like ours making cherished memories!

Wonder quiet peaceful get away

We had a great stay at this location with our 3 girls and 2 dogs. Great place to stay with dogs. The view was amazing and so peaceful. This being an end unit makes it so nice and private. We will definitely stay again.

Disgusting pet stains on carpet

As soon as we walked through the door, we could smell that this was a pet friendly unit. Disgusting pet stains on the carpet upstairs in the bedrooms, we didn’t take our shoes off while walking around inside the whole time because it was so gross.Overall, physically a nice unit other than that. Outstanding location, beautiful view off of the nice covered porch. Unfortunately the A/C gave out on our final night and we had to sleep in high heat of June. The outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach did not work. Anything can break at any time, so I can look past the A/C going out, but it’s hard to look past living with someone else’s dog’s filth. We have a pet and have stayed in many other units that were very nice and clean, even though pet friendly; not this one.Why did we even have to pay an additional pet fee? I contacted the owner and let him know about the A/C and the pet stains. He thanked me for letting him know (and kept all of the money). It seems if everyone is paying a pet fee to an owner, that extra fee would go towards making sure the unit is clean for the next renters. It seems to me this guy is not maintaining the unit, just keeps renting it as-is and pocketing the money. Beware of this unit, sharing this info so others don’t unknowingly rent this unit and are surprised and stuck like us when they show up for their vacation. Certainly don’t stay here until the carpet upstairs is replaced with a hard surface.

Our first time to Hilton head sea pines. We loved the area and George was an excellent host. His quick replies made us feel at ease with renting and the information he provided was so helpful for our stay. The location was pet friendly and the community was great!! Very nice people

Great place to stay on Hilton Head

The photos dont do this home justice at all. The home was beautifully kept, staged nicely and in the one of the most tranquil areas weve stayed on the island. You are withun walking distance to the Salty Dog, and the beach. Great walking and biking paths nearby. The entire area was quiet and we ebjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening watching the jumping fish and the burds. We even saw a few deer outside the window in the evening. Great place to stay.

Relaxing stay at South Beach

This townhouse was a perfect quick getaway for my daughter and me. Greg was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. Although the weather didn't cooperate, it was so relaxing to watch the pelicans from the back porch.

Fantastic quick get away weekend to put a close to 2024. It was a tough year so we wanted to finish 2024 on a happy note in our favorite place to visit. We love HHI and can’t wait to visit again! Great time to just reset our buttons and start 2025 off right.
