Absolutely A Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1979 Beachside Tennis Villa was all that was promised. All the necessitates were there in abundance. The unit was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the great views and all the comforts of home. We have stayed in this unit many times and it never fails our expectations. We have already booked for next year.

Gorgeous condo on South Beach

Stellar stay at the beautiful property right on the beach. Lovely furnishings and fully outfitted with everything we needed or could need. We enjoyed walks on the beach, played some tennis, and enjoyed the miles of walking/running paths. Will definitely stay here again on future visits to Sea Pines.

Outstanding villa!

Had the absolute best time here and we were thrilled with the location, amenities, communication, cleanliness...can't say enough. The villa had every single thing we needed from A to Z. Located right on beach and overlooking community pool. Super short walk to the Salty Dog Cafe, pickleball courts, bike rental. Highly recommend!

Hello Rosemary -- thank you for being our guest. I would like to reply about the South Beach location of this villa. All of South Beach Marina Village is literally steps away, as in about 200 steps away. South beach has the Salty Dog, lots of restaurants, bike rental, pickleball and tennis, water sports, and fun beach shops. True, that Harbour Town and Lawton Stables are a 20-25 minute bike ride or 5-7 minute car ride away, but I think to say that the location is far away from most places is not entirely accurate. Many people only stay at South Beach, but for those who prefer a different neighborhood of Sea Pines, we have that, too. Happy nesting! Beverly Serral

The ocean view was superb, particularly the sunsets! I needed to disconnect, unwind, and feel the blessings of nature and solitude; this unit fostered it well. From the moment we entered the unit until the time we left, we felt pampered and privileged within our dwelling and surroundings. All areas were well-equiped and clean. However, because of the height and depth of the furniture and dining room chairs, this unit is much better suited for taller folks.
