Great Location

We had a great trip and thoroughly enjoyed the house. The proximity to Coconut Point was paramount for us, and therefore the location of the house was key. Access to the Gulf via kayaks was an added benefit. Teresa was a very communicative host and answered all our questions.

Tranquil Setting

Loved this place, plenty of room for 13 Adults, the selling point was the game room for the younger ppl in our group, the pool & hot tub A++, Teresa was amazing with check in, just need a bigger dining table to accommodate 13 ppl😀

We had a great time. House fit our needs well.

The only issue I would add is that the kitchen cupboards and drawers have too much clutter and need to be organized. They should add Tupperware too.

Better than the comfort of home!

Wow! What a wonderful home to enjoy our extended weekend. Everything was immaculate and the set up made for convenience and relaxation. We were in town for a wedding and being able to stay in such comfort made everything so much better. The host was amazing throughout the entire process and went out of her way to ensure our extra needs were met. I will definitely be recommending this property to friwnds and family!

Reconnecting with family

With our family scattered across the US, it was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect in a beautiful house that accommodated all 8 of us. There was more than enough space for all of us and the beautiful pool was a real plus. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed. Teresa was a great host and communication was excellent. I loved how organized our check in and check out was accomplished. I highly recommend this property. Very convenient to beach and restaurants.

Perfect Family Getaway

Awesome accommodations with many thoughtful touches--including Teresa going above and beyond to accommodate for our 3 infants by ensuring all of our needs were met with high-chairs and toys! Very clean and exactly as advertised! Fantastic pool area and outdoor living spaces that we took advantage of every day. Loved having access to the kayaks as well. No manatee sightings, but did spot an alligator towards the end of our trip!

We loved this place!

We stayed 4 nights and we had a blast! They did not miss a detail. Tons of outdoor accessories for lounging by the pool and lots of games and comfortable spaces to hang indoors as well. We loved that there were smart tv's in all the rooms. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our group and we used them a lot. The location was so close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Can't say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be back.

A Must Book Location

We stayed a week and enjoyed so much about the house. We brought a small boat and being off the canal allowed our group easy access to the water ways. The boat ramp is approximately 15 mins away, but not a big issue for us. Kayaks were a big hit and the ping pong table was in use at all times when the kids weren’t eating or out on the water. The downstairs is only accessible by using outside stairs but it was great for our group. It gave the older kids a place they could hang and not have to be around the old people all the time. This house is well stocked! We had all we needed to cook, plenty of towels and linens, and even had a snack/misc items basket provided by the owners which was a very nice touch. Quiet neighborhood and no shortage of options to eat nearby. Theresa was great prior to and during our visit - always replied quickly. Highly recommend booking this location!

Family vacation

This property was very helpful for our 2 families that stayed here very great space and accomidated them well. Our only concern was there is no access to the lower level inside the house. But that will be different for all families. Also the cage was missing due to the hurricane that was mis- leading. It would have been nice to have. But all in all it was clean and spacious and was and excellent stay.

Week long camp

Stayed a week was an excellent retreat for 3 sets of parent/teen, very inviting well laid out home for 6 people. Excellent stock of utensils, small household consumables. Bring some leave some. Does not have the bunk bed with roll out bottom as shown only two twin beds that worked for our needs but is not as shown. There was no screened in pool area as shown and the bugs were pretty bad after dusk so we could not fully enjoy the outside tv area in evening. Overall amazing property though saw gators and manatees in back canal, throughly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Adam, for being our guests. I have updated the booking site with new pictures. The hurricane took out the pool patio screen and the owners have not replaced it. There is a screen patio off the upstairs living room/dining room to enjoy during the evenings. The bunk beds were taken apart and are now both on the floor with a full and twin trundle (twin underneath). Glad you got to see some manatees and wild life during your stay. Beautiful home, responsive owner, just a few comments

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the property. Teresa was very accommodating. One thing wasn’t clear to me when I booked was that there were no stairs inside. The only way to the game room and 2 bedrooms downstairs was to walk down the external stairs. My kids are older so wasn’t a huge problem but locking the upstairs doors at night means they can’t just walk upstairs. The other difference from the listing is that the screen over the pool was gone. When looking for bookings I was specifically interested in options with outdoor screens. All in all we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. The above were not showstoppers but just want others to be aware should it make a difference for your family.

Family Vacay

The Estero Bay Shores property served our family (ages 87 to 3) well and we enjoyed our stay. The property manager was wonderful to work with. The area is quiet & many stores nearby. The only surprise to us was that there is not an inside stairway to the lower level, which is a small inconvenience & wouldn’t prevent me from renting the property again. Thank you to the owners & property manager for sharing this wonderful property!

Spring break getaway.

The space was great for our group of 10. We used both levels the entire time. The pool area and canal were awesome. We used the kayaks until the alligator showed up! Overall the property was great and met our expectations. There were a few maintenance issues that might need to be addressed. Dishwasher upstairs has broken rack that would fall onto wash arm causing it to not work properly. Faucet in basement sink was very loose. We fixed it. Doorknobs in basement need to be tightened. None of these were a detriment. The uncle of the owner suddenly appeared and proceeded to comment on the previous guests. We didn’t feel that was appropriate. Pleasant stay overall.

Teresa, the host was very helpful. She met us early for check in and made sure everything was ready for our stay. The house location was perfect for our group. The dock was perfect for our pontoon boat. The kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of linens for the bedrooms, baths, swimming and spa areas. Some of us utilized the kayaks which were available. We met the neighbors next door as they helped us when we had a problem with our boat--very nice family. One neighbor five houses down and across the canal complained because our cornhole game was "too loud and obnoxius". We definitely observed the 10 pm. quiet time requests as our outside games moved to inside games before 9pm. That was the only drawback to the house so be aware if your group is renting in the future.

Manatees, gators and fish oh my!

I have so many great things to say that I don’t know where to start! The house was very clean, in great shape and was equipped with everything we needed! We had 10 people and had plenty of room to sleep and spread out. We utilized the kayaks everyday and were pleasantly surprised to encounter a family of manatees almost daily and even a gator in the water right behind the house, just off the dock. The kids fished off the dock and caught some mangrove snappers, jacks and catfish. The pool, hot tub and ping pong table received a lot of usage too! We explored some of the nearby beaches - Barefoot, Delnor-Wiggins and Bonita beach which were all beautiful! Teresa (the host) was very pleasant, easy to work with, and always responded promptly to my messages!

Great family vacation!

Our stay was great from the moment we walked in! House was clean and spacious, pool and hot tub fantastic! Location was nice-near the end of the canal so very quiet-we even saw a dolphin! We were 14 and fit comfortably-we did bring a few air mattresses as there is only one pull out couch but it worked!

4th of JULY FAMILY VACATION

This was the first family vacation we took after the pandemic. We have all been vaccinated and felt comfortable sharing in this spacious house. The distribution of the house was very convenient and we enjoyed the many amenities that came with it. We liked the area and the beach accessibility.

This property is very unquiet because not only is there several beaches only about 10-15 miles away, the Hyatt Regency at Coconut Point with restaurants plus a lazy river and the Coconut Point Mall with tons of shops/restaurants are only 2 miles away. No need to fight traffic when everything is close!
