NEW Naples Modern Farmhouse w/Heated Pool, Sleep 10

Newly remodeled-just minutes from Naples' beautiful sandy white beaches! You'll feel right at home here with its cozy and stylish farmhouse touches and brand new furnishings. This spacious home sleeps 10+ with 4 bedrooms- 5 beds and 3 full bathrooms. The large kitchen is fully stocked and is the perfect spot to eat and entertain, while the outdoor patio is a great place to relax or grill your favorite BBQ for the crew. Take a dip in the heated pool or spend your days poolside soaking up the sun.
The space
The house is loaded with all your basic needs! You're all set up to BBQ pool side, cook a full meal or bake in the kitchen, hang out by the pool or spend a day at the beach!

The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom and walk in closet. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have queen beds and the bedroom #4 has two full beds. There is a full bathroom next to bedrooms #2 and #3 and another full bathroom by bedroom #4. We also have a blow up mattress available should it be needed. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout shades, so nap time for your littles is a breeze.

Whether you plan to spend the day poolside or at the beach, we have everything you may need. We provide four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 coolers, a beach wagon, pool/beach towels and pool/beach toys for your littles. We also include a beach parking pass for Delnor-Wiggins State Park that all guests are welcome to use.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE- please respect the house and more importantly, our neighbors. Please read house rules prior to booking. There is a $250 fee for noise complaints.

While we love our little furry friends, this is not a pet friendly home. Sorry!

The pool does have a safety fence (see picture) going across the patio for liability and safety reasons. This is not to be moved.

LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION! This is a GREAT location if you are looking to spend time in Downtown Naples or on Naples' famous white sandy beaches. It’s less than a 10-minute drive to the beach and a 20-minute drive to the infamous restaurants on 3rd Street and shoppers paradise on 5th Avenue. Naples is home to more than 700 restaurants, great local breweries, beautiful botanical gardens, historic museums and there’s no shortage of wildlife whether your on the ocean or visiting the Zoo! We’re 10 minutes from the Mercato Shops- a great spot for live entertainment and music all week long and if golf is your game, we’re surrounded by beautiful courses. For your every day needs, there’s a SuperTarget, Walmart and Publix all within 5 minutes of the house.

The house is all yours! Great living space and a large backyard and patio!

Other things to note:
We love our house and ask that you leave it in the same condition as you found it. Our cleaners do a fantastic job but if they miss something, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be quick to fix it! Please no moving around the furniture, avoid eating in the bedrooms and please do not mess with the pool equipment.
