The villa Paradiso is the prime Cape Coral luxury vacation rental destination! With its 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, movie theater room, 2 hot tubs (one on the 3rd story roof terrace), fireplace, heated pool, 11 TVs, high end furnishings, and much more, all under nearly 6,000 sqft living area. The pool area has eastern exposure which treats you to some amazing Florida sunrises. The nearly 6,000 sq ft under air means the villa is large enough for even the biggest of families. Everything you could possibly need to feel right at home is present at the house. It's fully furnished and equipped with plenty of bedding, pillows, beach towels, beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen, 11 TVs, 2 hot tubs (one on the roof), fireplace on the roof, heated pool, 3 King and 2 Queen beds, elevator, 3 car garage, fountains in the pool, and much much more. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home during our sisters’ trip to Florida. The house was spotless, very luxurious, and in a great location. The pool was beautiful and being right on the canal view so fun! The home manager was attentive to our needs. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again!

Check-in process was very easy. The house was perfect for our needs. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating to our needs.There were good bikes that we used almost every day. There were also a lot of amenities that were available for our use. I would highly recommend this home to anybody that is looking to be spoiled :-)

Some small things didn’t work, but nothing that ruined the stay. Lots of supplies in the kitchen, one bedroom TV did not turn on, hot tub on roof never seemed to get any hotter. Main hot tub took a long time to heat up. Property was amazing, loved the theater room. A little confusing to use the whole house audio system. If you have the Sonos App you can log into it on the house WIFI. Lots of beach towels provided.

Wasn’t as clean as desired. Carpeting throughout was in poor condition with lots of stains and some furniture was heavily worn. Our guests didn’t think the unit was as clean in general as they would have liked. Beautiful home but truly needs some TLC to bring it up to par.Lots of burned out light bulbs, no obvious way to heat pool and spa etc.Great location and well equipped kitchen, good grills and multiple places to get lots of ice!Overall everyone had a good time!

Hi Richard. We're glad your group had a great time! I did want to address some points. The home probably has 200 light bulbs and usually we're only in the home during the daytime, but we have sent our handyman to test each bulb to replace any burnt out ones. The carpets are professionally cleaned every 6 months but we have added an additional cleaning as soon as their schedule allows. As discussed when I was at the home, the pool and spa are heated automatically. The only thing you need to do is press the button next to the spa to put the system in spa mode (heating the spa) and press it again when done with the spa to put the system back in pool mode (heating the pool).

Quick family getaway.

We were a family of 6 (adult children and significant others). The home was perfect for what we needed. Everyone had their own space and privacy which was really nice. The pool area, bikes and kayaks provided hours of entertainment. This is a fabulous place for large families. Great trip, we will book again!

Parents 50th Wedding Anniversary

We booked this house for my husbands parents 50th wedding anniversary. We also took our two young adult children with us. This house was amazing. The pool/patio area was perfect. Fit all of us easily. We loved the theater room. we watched a family movie every night. the location was great if you want to rent a boat and do some boating. Only about 2 minutes from the main part of the river I guess you would say! If you are looking for a great family house this one is for you!

You have it all!!!

Incredible house easily housed our group of 10. House was comfortable and afforded so many areas to relax and talk ….either for a small group of 2 or the entire group. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kitchen is fully equipped ….we prepared several full meals there. Large dining table inside the house and also one on the deck. If opportunity arises I will stay here again!!! Wonderful week!!

Family Holiday Stay

The home was beautiful! It was so perfect for our family group of 8. The architectural details of the home are outstanding! The home provides so much space for everyone to gather or also to have some private time. The pool and hot tub overlooking the canal was very lovely and we used both every day. The pool table was an additional bonus for the kids and adults! We rented a boat and the docking space was perfect. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning some day!! Paradiso Magnifico!

Villa Paradiso delivered on everything expected and hoped for. Would recommend anyone to stay here. All the amenities you’ll ever need and more. Only negatives were we couldn’t get the hot tub on the ground floor to work despite having a repair guy come out and had to have a handyman and electrician come out to work on the kitchen island light switch (overloaded with too many watts). Property management was very attentive. Come stay here!

Spacious with great amenities located close to dining and commodity retailers.

Did not utilize the pool, spas, or outdoor grilling facilities. Primarily used the dining and kitchen areas, along with the wonderful theater room. The only issue was the upstairs HVAC which would pop the circuit breaker in the garage when in the heat mode.

The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of 7. There was plenty of room, and all the beds were very comfortable. We loved the amenities — bikes, kayaks, pool table, popcorn machine, chess, pool, and hot tubs. The master shower was massive and spa-like. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with.Be aware: the home has a lot of tech, and some of it is either outdated or not functioning. It could be a challenge for guests who aren’t tech-savvy.We had a last-minute guest join us with a dog. The listing noted pets were allowed, so we didn’t think twice when the dog jumped in the pool. The host contacted us and kindly explained that dogs weren’t allowed in the pool — no issue on our end, and we corrected it immediately.However, we were told a neighbor saw and reported it, which felt invasive. The house is very open with many windows facing the pool and waterway. Knowing someone may be watching made us a bit uncomfortable and left us closing the blinds more than we’d like.Overall, it’s a fantastic house with great amenities and a solid host — just something to consider if privacy is important to you.

Great house

We visited just a few months after Hurricane Ian, so there was lots of construction/rebuild going on in the neighborhood. We were grateful that the Pelican house fared well through the hurricane. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable house - especially for our family with young adults. Loved the pool table and movie theater. Lots of space for everyone. Very comfortable lanai area. We never heated the pool because it was a little cool at the end of December, but we did use the hot tub a few times. We also appreciated the quality of the plastic poolside glassware and the kitchenware in general. Would highly recommend this house in Cape Coral.

it was wonderful to stay in this property, the house has everything we need it was better than our expectations. It has all the utensils, the beds are great, a wonderful cinema room, a spacious and well equipped house. Wonderful outside area, pool is great size. Beautiful Home on the Canal

The home was beautiful inside and out. It was well appointed with fabulous bedding, towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with items used when traveling with family. The pool area was outstanding with the outdoor kitchen and tons of space. We enjoyed the theatre room during the late evening. I loved the dock area on the canal. The men fished and I enjoyed my morning coffee watching the manatees and boats. The house is beautiful! Our only negative was the hot tubs would not heat up for us and the grill would not light, but we just didn't use them.
