5-Bedroom Family Beach & Pool House on Bonita Beach | Sleeps 11

The ultimate family beach vacation destination! Waterfall Way features the best of both worlds of being on the water and just steps from the beach. Breathtaking views of Estero Bay lends itself to privacy and peaceful relaxation while you watch the boaters go by or see the dolphins put on their daily show. With over 2,500 square feet of air conditioned living space, this beach home defines 'open concept' with unobstructed views of the Bay from the moment you enter to the inviting living area. The well appointed kitchen has stainless appliances and all the cookware for your culinary needs. The wall to wall sliders open completely to the screened-in pool area which features a dining table, loungers poolside bar and gas grill. The ground floor offers a fantastic kids retreat with living area, kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator & wine cooler. Lots of activities with ping pong table, corn hole, assorted games. Get a basketball game on in the large driveway. Two bedrooms with king and queen beds located on ground floor, one of which also has sofa bed. Main floor offers three more bedrooms, all with king beds. Master suite has bay view with dual vanities and walk-in shower.

Just a short walk to Bonita Beach Access 1, take the beach cart and plenty of beach chairs and towels. Guests also have the option of renting a boat nearby and tying up on the home's dock, also perfect for fishing. Leave the car at home an enjoy walking to local restaurants & bars Coconut Jack's and Doc's Beach House.

Checks all the boxes……

Great property for a large family get away. Great pool and hot tub. Everything you need for the beach. Intercoastal boat access, boat ramp and dock allowed exploring from Naples to Fort Meyers on the water. Property manager is very responsive and quickly filled every request.

Bonita Beach Bay Stay

Property and location the best. Close to Doc’s and Coconut Jacks. Rented a pontoon boat and fished. Kayak and canoe, fishing gear and towels all plentiful. Even left extra propane tank for the grill.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

Wonderful place for our fanily and pets to stay! We were fortunate to see a dolphin and an alligator swim by. Fishing off the dock my son caught a Sheephead. Great pool and jacuzzi! Perfect temp the whole time! Owner was very helpful and available if needed. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to return.

Our stay was amazing!! The home had everything you could want and more! From the pool to the dock to the ping pong table you never even needed to leave the property. But when we did the beach was just a quick walk away. We have rented quite a few homes in Florida and Thais was by far our favorite!!

Celebration of Family

After the passing of my Mother we planned a family trip to celebrate her life and to enable us to move forward and find our new normal. This vacation home allowed private space for each family as well as community space for meals and fellowship. The home is in walking distance to local restaurants and a beach. We had 3 boats and enjoyed fishing and boating to the beach. The best family vacation we have ever shared together.

Perfect location and layout!

We had two families stay here and it was perfect! The downstairs area with ping pong, huge lanai and pickleball in the driveway with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants made this the perfect stay! the upstairs floor plan is open making it easy for everyone to be together!

Very nice property.

The house is located in an ultra-convenient location. Easy access by car or boat. The house is well appointed and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was great. We parked our 24 foot boat at the dock out back.

Beautiful Property

Our family of 8 adults and 2 kids under 10 stayed at this beautiful home. Upon arrival we found a spotless property loaded with everything you’ll need for a great vacation. We had two small issues that the owner took care of right away. The home is large with plenty of space. Pool is great. Fishing off the dock was decent. Quiet neighborhood.we will be back.

Inviting - Indoors and Out

The property was as described and the photos are accurate. We had a group of nine stay to attend a nearby wedding. All guests enjoyed the property, the amenities, and the location! A few small items to note: hair dryers for each bathroom would be a nice addition; an ironing board would be convenient; and, it is peculiar not to have at least a small, functional closet or wardrobe for 3 of the bedrooms. None of these items detracted from enjoying our stay.

Perfect beach vacation

We loved this house. Beautiful views out the back of dolphins swimming by in the morning. Walk out the back door and either jump in the pool or fish on the dock. There was a kayak and a canoe to jump in and paddle around which was a huge bonus because that was not listed as an amenity when we booked. The beach was actually a 5 minute walk as listed and maybe even less than that. Lots of good restaurants nearby. You have everything you need without having to drive very far. We would book this again!

Place was as advertised. Easy walk to the beach and wagons/chair/umbrella were awesome. Pool wasn’t that hot and hot tub was pretty cold. Disappointed we couldn’t make it hotter as owner controls it remotely. Neighbor was terrible. Yelled at us at 9pm while kids were in the pool. We didn’t even have music playing and it was early. Having two laundary machines was great. Water pressure was a bit lacking (as was hot water). But it was “ok” Would definitely book again

Fun Family Vacation

We stayed at Waterfall Way for a week with our family. We were lucky to get an early check-in! The location was perfect!! We were able to travel to Marco Island, Sanibel, and Naples easily. (Locations were between 30 minutes and 50 minutes). The 5 minute walk to the beach and Doc’s was also a plus. The house sits on an ocean inlet and we were able to see great sunrises, dolphins swimming, and of course the popular afternoon summer storms. We enjoyed the pool and sauna on a daily basis. The house was adequately furnished and quite comfortable. We loved the abundance of towels and the fully stocked kitchen with the appliances, glasses, plates, and utensils we needed. Having a lot of seating areas and a downstairs kitchenette was a plus. The garage was filled with bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, mats, coolers, and a cart to help us transport what we needed. There were kayaks and a paddle board out back, fishing rods and pool floats and toys. It was the perfect place in the perfect location for our family and we would definitely return! A few easy and manageable suggestions for improvement would be to update the beach chairs and umbrellas (some were broken)and an outdoor container for the toys and pool floats so they don’t get wet and moldy. Toys and corn hole bags were left outside around the pool area and were unusable. Also, the garage needed a little TLC as it was so hard to find things (assuming left in that condition from previous renters). At times, the pool was filled with nats. We think this was a result of the clogged drainage. (suggestion for pool maintenance) Finally, something to help with the downstairs musty smell. We hope to return to Waterfall Way! Beautiful Bonita

Fabulous house which was perfect for a teenage family. The pool was great which the children loved. The area is beautiful with a short walk to the beach. The house had everything to entertain the family from bikes, canoes, games and beach equipment. We loved staying here and would recommend to other families.

Great Stay

Great location and the house has a great layout for large groups. The house was recently remodeled and not all projects are 100% complete i.e. trim around doors and windows leave some space to the outside due to not being finished, we covered them with duct tape to keeps bugs out of the downstairs rooms. Other than that we had a great stay and would book it again.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful house! Plenty of room for everyone and so much to do! It had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time at the pool. Easy walk to the beach, Doc’s Beach house restaurant and The Cafe at Bonita Beach. Both have great food. We had fresh mango and avocado from the trees in the yard!! I would highly recommend this house and stay again
