Wow, beautiful 5 bedroom lake house!!

Beautiful view, beautiful house, excellent location!! Plenty of space for our whole family to spread out. The entire layout is very conducive to entertaining from the huge back deck area to the pool lanai just outside the large kitchen area with island and pool table area to the side. Clean, updated and quiet neighborhood close to everything!!

Awesome Experience!

We loved staying in this house. Absolutely gorgeous views. The house is super clean and the kitchen very well equipped. We loved everything of this house. We were a party of 11 and we all slept comfortably. The house is super spacious. The outside is great as well. We will definitely stay here again!!

Nice area etc

When you pay what we did to stay at the property in cape coral every tv should be hooked to cable and work the same way. Fans and vents need to be cleaned. Other than that the house, pool, view were excellent.

Beautiful home

The house and neighborhood were very nice, there was 8 total people in our group, plenty of room for everyone. Great location, pool was very nice with a big dock, we rented a boat for a few days so the dock came in handy. Located in a culdesac so no traffic, there is a main road nearby but the noise didn't bother us, would definitely rent again. I just wished that all the rental houses would have a cooler that we could use, it would be a small investment that people would like.

Better options out there!

I I wish vrbo would publish rough floor plans on rentals. This house did not work for our group.. proximity to bathrooms was not great. Description was accurate but not envisioned. The amount of electricity included (75.00) a week is unrealistic in the Florida heat. The rental is based on a family of 4. As a family of 10 we paid an extra of $20 per person per day for 6 extras(960.00)for us but none of that is applied to electricity so we ended up being charged an additional $132. Yes, this was addressed in the “ contract “ we agreed to but it’s extreme. I’m just wanting to inform future renters. We were really careful to keep doors closed etc. The lack of information regarding the operation of stovetop made cooking difficult.. the internet did not reach well on opposite side of house. Be careful on steps to dock. The house was spacious and very clean. Be prepared to take everything with you..salt and pepper were left there but nothing else. The basic supplies were what you expect for a hotel one night only. There are better places to stay in the Cape..Do your research.. I failed to do mine which is why I’m writing this review. It’s not meant to be negative just informative.

Hello Linda, Thank you for your review on the property. We appreciate your feedback and we do take it to heart. I understand that you are upset about the additional people charge. As property managers we are always stuck in the middle between the property owners (who have a lot of expenses in maintaining their properties with many monthly recurring costs) and guests that are looking to have lots of luxuries and amenities. The additional people are being charged after the 4th one as the wear and tear of properties are different based on the occupancy levels. Houses that are much larger and sleep 8-12 people have much more wear and tear than do homes that sleep 4 to 6 guests. In regards to the electricity, yes it is the summer and the house is quite large. The $75.00 that is included in your weekly stay is a base allowance, anything that gets used above that amount is the responsibility of the guest. The property is equipped with the basics as far as starter packs go (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dish detergent, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap). As far as spices go, we do not remove them, but leave whatever is left behind by the owner or guest. We do completely clean out the refrigerator for sanitary purposes. Regarding the Internet, you are the first guest to bring that to our attention, we will look into this, thank you for mentioning that along with the step leading down to the dock. Thank you, Vesteva

Great place to stay

Our stay was great, the house was very clean, decorated nicely and was bigger and better than we expected..The location was great for us. We will definitely try to stay here again if it's available. The only issues were that we thought someone was going to come over the 2nd day to go through the house with us but after I sent a picture of the electric meter I realized they weren't. We did have a few questions about the light switches and how to use the hottub/pool controller. We didn't contact the rental company. A couple things to note: There is an extra charge per person if there are more than 4 people-we thought that was odd since it is a 5 bedroom home. If the cooktop won't heat- check your pan, it needs to be a specific kind for it to heat up-we googled the make of the cooktop to figure this out after it kept turning off. A couple doors don't close all the way. The master and another bedroom doors didnt latch closed. Don't leave food on the counters. We put some donuts on the counter and within 15 minutes there were tiny insects/ants?crawling all over them. The house was very clean so I'm not sure if it a pest control issue? Bring your own trash bags- you are expected to take the trash out but there are not any bags to use. There were 5 adults (all over 55 yrs old) in the house and we were gone alot so I'm not sure how but we went over the $75 weekly allowance for the electric bill by about $45.

Thank you for pointing out that the bedroom doors would not latch. This has been addressed since you stayed in the property. Regarding the property manager not showing up the day after your arrival, we state in our arrival instructions that if you are comfortable at the property and have no questions, then please send a photo of the electric meter. This way our property manager will not stop by the day after your arrival. If however you do have questions, please do not send a photo, this way the property manager knows to come out for an onsite check in with you. The pans for the stove top are indeed special induction pans and they have to fit the burner, otherwise they will not heat up. Family Vacation 2022

Family of 7 trip the kids were 16 and 18! Had the best time ever at the beautiful Southern Comfort... It was everything we hoped for and loved loved the outdoor space and pool! The only thing I could recommend is that you share in the book or online how to set up the music system down loads etc... it took us a couple days to get that find/ figured out and it is so beautiful outside you want music from the very beginning!

Beautiful home & location.

Beautiful home & location. Only real issue were the bugs, especially in the kitchen but we chose to deal with it versus reaching out. There was only one washcloth & two hand towels in the whole home & there were six of staying. Lots of bath towels so we used those instead. Any questions we had prior to arrival were quickly responded to. Text messages on day of arrival were also quickly responded to.

This house was everything we hoped for.

This house was everything we hoped for. It was very roomy and easily accommodated all of our guests. The view outside is gorgeous and everything was very nicely styled in the home. The entire home was also very clean upon check in. It took us a little bit to figure out how to turn on and connect to the surround sound speakers in the home and to figure out some of the TVs since there were so many different remotes. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

We absolutely loved everything about this house. It was gorgeous inside and out. It has an amazing pool/dock area. It was huge and felt very comfortable for the amount of people we had staying with us. It also was stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. Huge house with a beautiful view

There were 8 of us (4 adults, 2 teens and 2 younger) and we had a blast. PLENTY of room inside and out. We spent most of our time outside sitting around the table while the kids enjoyed the pool. Very quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view. Hot tub was definitely relaxing. Some nearby restaurants we enjoyed were Duffy's, Two Meatballs in the Kitchen (best Italian food I've ever had) and Boat House Tiki Bar and Grille.

Overall we did enjoy our stay. The location of the property is awesome. The dock and pool area area are very nice. The size of the home was great for our family. Fantastic Four!

Birthday Celebration for four days at this Home was fantastic. The home is fully equipped with everything we needed for the stay. I was super impressed with the cleanliness inside and out. Also the size was ample enough for my family. We were spoiled on this house and it will be hard to beat on our next family destination. I would highly recommend this home.

This house is very large, spacious and beautifully appointed. The indoor space has different areas to spread out, enjoy time together and/or time alone.
