Pet Friendly House three minute walk to Beach!

Pull up and stay a while. You do not have to fight to get a parking space or walk a long way to the door. No, wait to get on the elevators. We have multiple parking spaces so you can bring more than one car. This 2021 newly renovated three bedroom two bath sleeps eight and offers two king beds, twin bunks, and a pull-out couch. There are smart TVs in each room and a 55-inch in the living room. Centrally located, only a three-minute walk to the beach less than three miles drive to Pier Park. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Electric grill in the backyard for those nights at home. This beach bungalow has it all and everything is new. Join us for those long days on the beach, swimming in the emerald green water, and the fantastic sunsets. Please don't leave your pet at home they are welcome to stay and there is a large yard with a fence. Beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella & hair dryers for your convenience. See you on the sand!

Must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

You must mark yes if you're bringing your pet $150 non-refundable pet deposit will be charged to you.

Wonderful beach house

The house was just like it was listed. The communication with the hosts was very fast. We had a little incident to where we needed something fixed and they were there to fix it within the hour. Cleanliness was amazing and they have beach chairs that you can use. We had our dogs there as well and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Great location!

In my opinion, the location was just perfect. Its literally right near everything. Our favorite thing was walking a few blocks over to Nicks pizza, which is great bc we're from NY and Nick used to make pizza in Brooklyn. This place isnt just NY pizza, its GOOD NY pizza. But the house is great and the property managers always responded very quickly. We'll definitely return to this place again-

Accommodations were very good the house was clean - location was good. Although we knew of the very limited supplies that might be there - we were a bit surprised to find only 4 hangers, no drawer space & limited shelving for our clothes. Loved the coziness of the place and beds were great & a really good eating area.

Cute little house in a great location!

We had such a great time at this little house! The back yard is a fun hang out spot. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. We cooked several nights of our stay and didn’t feel cramped at all. It’s close enough to the beach to walk and not feel like you can’t go back for forgotten things or extras. Stocked with all the essentials, including beach chairs and wagon.

Perfect and then perfect.

The location, amenities inside the house and a very good air conditioning are just a few of the positive things to mention. All in all a very well set up rental for a family. They even have a beach cart and chairs to take to the beach.

Had a great time!!!

Everything was as advertised and we had a great time, short walk to public beach access to catch the rays and sunsets. Walking distance to gas stations and local places to eat and drink, nice neighborhood. Cool backyard and privacy. We recommend that you plan a trip here as well, smart TV, no cable but wifi was great. Thanks for a great time.

Cozy and convenient

Property inside was cozy and clean. Location was very convenient to beach and restaurants etc. Only downer was the dog poop left in the backyard from prior visitor. It was addressed by management during the stay. Otherwise all else was exactly as advertised. Good stay.

Spring break

This place was perfect for our spring break trip. The house was super clean, had everything we needed and was close to the beach. 2 minutes away to be exact! Fenced in yard for our pups and they had a blast! Its so hard to find places that accept 3 pups. The host was excellent at responding, and super nice and allowed our babies with NO extra hassle! We could not have had a better week!! We ARE definitely stay here again!
