Updated end unit townhome with new furniture, bedding and décor. The kitchen has been tastefully updated with new cabinets and appliances. Our townhome is located only a short walk to the private Sunnyside Beach, on the West end of Panama City Beach. This home features three bedrooms upstairs, with the Master having its own ensuite, and the remaining two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, as well as a half bath on the lower level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a single set of twin bunks, great for kids! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a great week at the beach! Newer appliances and a washer and dryer located on the upper level. Small porch area with a gas grill located in the rear. Rear storage unit has a couple of beach chairs and a beach cart to get everything to the beach. Located in a small, 3 townhome complex, on a quiet street. Two parking spaces are located directly next to the front door.

Pet Friendly with prior approval.

Master bedroom features a large closet, a full bathroom, and a King size bed. The first Guest bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bunkbed. Fold out couch with memory foam mattress located in the Livingroom.

Livingroom and master bedroom both have 55 inch Roku Smart Tv's, with high speed wifi. We dont offer a cable package, but have all the apps available for you on the TV's.

The great thing about the location is you have no elevators, easy parking right out front(two cars MAX), and just a short walk to the beach. No large crowds to deal with, or long lines in crowded lobby's. We are only a 3 minute drive to Win Dixie, Publix or the always great Carousel Grocery store. Minutes away from everything Panama City Beach has to offer.

Couple of Questions we normally get:
Golf Cart - You have exclusive use of a golf cart just for this unit. Key is in the unit.
Golf cart is only for driving to the beach and back.
Each unit has its own personal golf cart.
Beach access is shown in photos, at the end of the street we are on, with plenty of space to park the golf cart.
The pool is shared by only two other units in this complex.
We don't have additional parking unfortunately. Just two spots, and cant accommodate additional cars.

Pool is only heated from October 1st until March 1st.
