The living/dining room is a bright spacious classic-style very well-decorated room with two big windows making it pleasant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It features a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and other amenities for your usage. You also have a Washing machine.

The bedroom is located in a mezzanine and contains a double bed that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink.

Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

Also known as the Latin Quarter, the 5th arrondissement is home to the Sorbonne university and student-filled cafes. It's also known for its bookshops, including the famed Shakespeare & Company. Family-friendly attractions include the Jardin des Plantes botanical gardens and the National Museum of Natural History. The stately Panthéon building holds the remains of notables like Voltaire and Marie Curie.

The Saint-Marcel station is only a 6-minute walk away, while the Campo-Formio station is only 12 minutes away. The Paris Gare de Lyon station is 1.6 km away, while the Saint-Lazare station is 5.3 km away. The Gare du Nord station is 5.4 km away, making this a great location to explore the city.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
