This apartment is just as advertised. Perfect location, quiet at night, easy access to the Metro and great restaurants, supermarkets, bars etc right around the corner. Great communication, caring and helpful host was always available if needed. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The unit has an amazing location — truly hard to beat. You’re close to everything: grocery stores, the metro, boulangeries, and plenty of restaurants. For convenience, it doesn’t get better. That said, the unit needs several repairs. The toilet seat is loose, the shower drain doesn’t drain properly, and the bathroom sink is extremely small with barely any space even for soap. The sofa bed is literally falling apart, which made it unusable. There is also no air conditioning, which was very difficult during a heat wave. Noise can be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. Garbage trucks come through between 5:30–7:00 AM, and the hotel across the street has people coming and going, often chatting or smoking outside, which can get loud. For the price per night, the unit feels like it could use more care. It looks clean at first glance, but wiping the floor even lightly turns the rag black. The washroom being right next to the kitchen also isn’t ideal, as smells mix and it doesn’t give a very clean feeling. Overall, it’s a good place in a fantastic location, but in my opinion not worth the current price until some improvements are made.

The apartment was a good size for 3 people. The check-in process was very easy as we were given a code to find the key. When we arrived, we were able to check-in without any issues. At first glance it was very tidy and appeared to be clean. However, after walking barefoot inside for 10 min, our feet were black with dirt. The floors had clearly not been cleaned. The kitchen was tidy and functional but it was missing a few key items such as a toaster, dish soap (we had a small very diluted amount), small dessert spoons (only 1 for 3 guests). The bathroom was small and functional but the shower had a permanent drip from the shower head, its cleanliness was dubious. We believe the microwave had never been used and probably not set up properly as we tried to heat up a chocolate fondant on a plate and it almost caught fire. There was a metallic sheet on the inside that should probably have been removed upon installation but wasn’t. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and so was the main bed and the pillows. Finally, we were there as Paris was going through its 3rd heatwave of the summer and there were no fans to help relieve the heat. Nights were particularly difficult as we had to keep the windows open for air and being on the 1st floor, it was extremely noisy (hotel guests from across the street, bar patrons, garbage trucks in the morning etc). It claims to be luxury stay but was missing some key components to reach that level. That being said the location is fantastic.

Nice but inconvenienced

The apartment was clean and warm and the location was good. However the wifi was not working and despite communicating with the manager I was without Wifi the whole 6 nights of my stay. As this was partially a work trip this was very inconvenient. There was also a shortage of kitchen utensils and supplies

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The place is exactly as pictured, quiet, clean, well equipped with all basic necessities and most importantly well located, close to where we wanted to be, which was the main reason why we chose the apartment. Size fits us, a family of 4, 4 medium suitcases and 2 small suitcases, even if the sofa bed was opened. No elevator but only one flight of stairs which was not a problem for us. Check in was very clear, and exactly as instructed via emails (with picture). We took a taxi (van) from the cdg, and costed exactly as the sign (around 65 euro). A lot of supermarket and boulangerie nearby, one boulangerie opened around 6am, which suits our schedule. Few notes for other guests: - Sofa bed is comfy, size good enough for our 2 adult/ teen daughters, but might only be comfortable for one if you’re a big guy/ turn around a lot. - most tables are glass (no sharp edges) which practical to clean but need to be careful. One feedback for the host is maybe adding more mugs/ coffee cups. Overall, the place is highly recommended. Thank you for making our trip to Paris enjoyable!

Selon la durée du séjour, il manque quelques items importants : débarbouillette, papier de toilette, un balais, des serviettes à main, des guenilles pour nettoyer le comptoir, des linges à vaisselle, des tasses à café (il n'y en a que 2), il serait bien que le café soit fourni, ou que des capsules réutilisables soient disponibles. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour les sommeils légers car nous entendons très bien les voisins parlés. Le divan-lit est plus ou moins confortable, plutôt adapté pour de petites personnes car un gros creux dans le matelas est présent sur un côté. Un support pour le savon dans la douche serait très utilie. La chambre est très bien et confortable. L'appartement est bien situé, près de tout!

Très agréable logement

Logement très agréable, bien placé et calme pour de belles visites. Manque de vaisselle pour 4 (bols, verres, couverts)… une petite note explicative pour mettre les radiateurs en route… pour atteindre la perfection 😉… les relations avec le gestionnaire du logement ont vraiment été excellentes, réactifs et toujours gentils.
