Welcome to this beautiful 65 sqm apartment, ideally located in one of the most sought-after areas of central Paris, between Place VendĂŽme, Place de la Concorde and the Tuileries Gardens.

The heart of the apartment is a bright and spacious living area, designed for relaxation and shared moments. It features a comfortable lounge with TV, a dedicated dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and storage). Warm wood tones, clean lines and contemporary finishes create an elegant and soothing atmosphere.

The apartment offers two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, making it ideal for a family, friends or colleagues.

The modern bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, and the separate toilet adds everyday comfort.

You will be staying in the heart of iconic Paris: Place VendĂŽme, OpĂ©ra Garnier, La Madeleine, the Louvre, Palais Royal and even the Champs-ÉlysĂ©es are all within easy walking distance. With museums, theatres, restaurants and boutiques nearby, this neighborhood is perfect for experiencing Paris at its best.

The entire apartment is exclusively yours. We remain available at all times via chat, phone to assist you before and during your stay.

Highly recommended. Arrival was smooth... We were able to contact the person meeting us easily and were shown the appartment upon arrival. Heating was good and very welcome in February. The location is fantastic... Metro almost on the doorstep, five minute walk to Place de la Concorde, late night supermarket even closer, boulangerie within walking distance, choice of cafés nearby. Perfect base for our 4 night Paris city break.

Incredible stay with my family! Spotless apartment in the middle of several attractions and steps away from great food and shops like Channel. The host is very communicative and quick to respond which made the visit even more enjoyable. There is a kitchen so if you’re looking to save a little money and grab some groceries for your stay, there is a MONOP' down the street and around the corner next to the McDonalds.If you’re in the mood to sing a tune while enjoying a great cocktail, head to BAM Karaoke Box Madeleine. It’s maybe a 6 min walk and the staff is so friendly and fun. I really can’t say enough about this visit, but the family and I are already planning a return next year! Life is short so take a leap and book the trip!

Excellent Location but Serious Security and Host IssuesThe apartment’s location and the early check-in were the only positives. During my stay, 500 went missing. I reported this to Vrbo and repeatedly contacted the host, yet she has never responded. Someone entered the apartment without my permission, yet when I asked for a simple coffee-machine replacement, no one came.The apartment was not as clean as the photos suggest, and the window cannot be opened because of heavy mosquito activity from the restaurant kitchen below.It is extremely irresponsible for a host to ignore such a serious report and make no effort to resolve it. I cannot recommend this property.

Lovely, clean property in a great location

We have a lovely time in Paris. The location of the flat allowed us to walk everywhere. All main attractions were within a 30 minute walk, and it took us around 45 minutes to get to Montmatre. There is a plethora of excellent bistro's within a few minutes walk, and even more if you're willing to walk up to 30 minutes. Obviously, public transport and taxi's are an option, we just like walking around exploring. The apartment is comfortable, was very clean, and perfect for our 4 night stay with our two teenage boys. The only downside, is that you can hear the metro rumble by, but that didn't really bother us. Just make sure you have plenty of the excellent, reasonably priced wine from the local restaurants and cafes. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Spacious apartment, wonderful location in the Center of everything

Our family of four (2 adults, 7 years & 16 years) stayed in this apartment for four nights. The apartment was very spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us. The two twin beds in the second bedroom was a nice touch to allow our kids to sleep in separate beds. The apartment was clean. Very happy with the apartment. The location was terrific...just a few minutes walk from the Place de la Concorde and the Seine. It was a short 5 minute walk in evening to see the lights on the Eiffel Tower. Two subway stations were also within 3 minutes walk. The neighborhood was clean and quiet with several restaurants. The local management team was responsive when we had an issue with the building. The issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Watch out for hidden fees

First issue, basic supplies were very limited. Second issue, we were charged 30 euros for a late check-in fee that was NEVER stated. We were told that is customary. We never agreed to this hidden fee. This was a misuse of our security deposit! Third issue, as requested, we were in contact with the manager several times that day regarding our arrival time. Upon arrival we had to wait outside, in December, for 30 minutes for the manager to arrive. Is that customary, too???

Absolutely miserable stay

We stayed here over June 24th-28th, 2024 and we have been trying to deal with both Weekome (the property management company) and VRBO to get our deposits back (TWO deposits were charged instead of one) and to get reimbursement for 3/4 nights for having to deal with a horrible mold/mildew odor throughout the apartment due to a shag carpet (featured in the living room photos) being shampooed (we assume) and not dried properly. The carpet was damp and the dampness went through to the floor and the smell got progressively worse each day. We were unable to unpack our belongings, cook in the kitchen, relax in the living room, or sleep in this non-air conditioned apartment without the bedroom doors shut due to the pervasive odor. We immediately began asking for the problem to be fixed or to be placed in another unit and we kept being told that the issue would be resolved. It took until the 3rd day of our stay for them to finally remove the offensive carpet and treat the floors underneath and the smell lingered until the very last day of our stay when we were finally able to spend any time there. When we returned home and tried to reach out to the company again asking for a partial refund, they told us we needed to contact them while we were in Paris (I have many many screen shots of conversations with our point of contact as well as meesages to the company) They have recently refunded out deposits but nothjng from our stay. Do NOT rent any apartments in Paris if the company is WEEKO

Schöne Unterkunft fĂŒr StĂ€dtereise

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage, sehr zentral und sehr nah an zwei Metrostationen. In 5-10 Minuten hat man zu Fuß den jardin des tuileries erreicht und den Anfang der Champs-ÉlysĂ©es, d.h. auch das Louvre ist dann nicht mehr weit weg. KĂŒche ist mit dem nötigen Geschirr ausgestattet, es gibt zwei Kaffeemaschinen, einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher. Da wir nicht in der Wohnung gekocht haben, kann ich sonst nicht viel zu den Utensilien etc. sagen. Es gibt in dem GebĂ€ude auch einen Aufzug, falls man viel GepĂ€ck hat. Insgesamt sehr gut geeignet fĂŒr eine StĂ€dtereise und um Paris zu erkunden.

This apartment was perfect for 4 adults. Fantastic location, clean and comfortable. You can walk everywhere or catch the metro nearby. Payment is through Weekome and could be a bit confusing, since its not through VRBO, but it all worked out fine. Good communication through WhatsApp. Security deposit was refunded within a few weeks. Could include a bit more toilet paper and coffee pods for coffee machine. Other than that perfect!

Everything was great! Area was convenient. The only thing we didn’t like was that the light wouldn’t work in the hallway so climbing up and down the stairs in the dark was not ideal.
