Welcome to my apartment!

Within a 20-minute walk to Westfield Forum de Halles, Musée des Arts et Métiers and the Picasso Museum. This industrial-styled duplex of 23m2 is conveniently 4 minutes away by foot from Métro lines 3 and 11 (station Arts et Métiers). Nestled in an apartment building exuding rustic charm, the Marais district is well known. Located on the first floor and accessible by stairs, step inside and be pleasantly surprised by my home's modern conveniences and amenities, including WiFi internet and a flat-screen TV to keep yourself entertained.

The small kitchenette has everything you'll need to make quick meals or heat leftovers with ease. Enjoy the nice, warm brew with the complimentary coffee machine provided in my home. Freshen up your clothes without having to take a trip to a local laundromat with the washing machine.

There are two bedrooms. One is fitted with a double bed, and another with a king-sized bed and a storage rack. One bedroom is on the ground level of the apartment where the living area is located, while the second one is up a flight of steep-stairs and has a low-slung ceiling, which does lend a homely ambience to the room, but is not suited for those of a certain height. Additionally, the sofa bed in the living area can be converted into a bed for an extra two guests. Hotel-quality linens are provided for all beds to ensure a restful sleep.

The bathroom has everything you'll need to freshen up, including complimentary towels and toiletries.

Rest assured; my apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

My apartment is within walking distance of a metro station and bus stops. Furthermore, services like UBER, G7 and LeCab are available for download and hire in Paris.

- Gare Du Nord is 15 minutes away by car, depending on the route taken and traffic conditions.
- Charles De Gaulle is 1 hour away by car, depending on the route taken and traffic conditions.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
