“Pool Villa by the Beach” located in South Venice - a recently remodeled home that's less than 2 miles to the famous Manasota Beach! South Venice is a laid-back community conveniently located within minutes of many local beaches such as Manasota Key Beach, Blind Pass Beach, Caspersen Beach, Venice Beach, Englewood Beach, Stump Pass Beach and the beautiful historic downtown Venice and the beautiful historic Englewood featuring local shops, restaurants and golf courses. Just a few minute drive to world famous spots such as Sharky's Pier and the Venice Jetty and Boca Grande known for great fishing and catching beautiful sunsets! Pool Villa by the Beach offers accommodations for up to 6 guests (up to 5 adults) in great comfort (one king bed, one queen bed and one queen sleeper sofa).
We are local hosts and available should a need arise.

*If you'd like to bring a small dog, please get in touch with us BEFORE booking. Your dog must be pre-approved by owner, please message us information about your dog along with a picture BEFORE booking. One under 20 pound, non-shedding dog will be considered per stay and must be pre-approved to stay at the home. Approved dog is not allowed on the furniture, must be fully housebroken, no pee pee pads allowed. Crated when guest leaves the home. *Pet fee applies.*

Pool Villa by the Beach is a well appointed home, featuring clean, comfortable furnishings and decor with a modern coastal and nautical vibe. Open concept living space with split floor plan, allows you plenty of privacy. As you enter through the front door a large great room welcomes you with a 55” smart TV and plenty of seating. Just off the living area is a newly remodeled Florida room where you can sit back to relax and/or read your favorite book. The fully applianced modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinets. Sip your morning coffee at the kitchen nook or dining area overlooking the pool and beautiful backyard lined with palms. Fully equipped with kitchen gadgets, cookware and dinnerware make whipping up delicious vacation meals a breeze.

The 1st Bedroom is a master en-suite featuring a king sized bed, 2 dressers, a private bathroom with a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed, a desk- perfect for “work away from home”, a dresser and a generous sized walk-in closet. The 2nd bathroom is conveniently located across the hall from the 2nd bedroom. All bathrooms have hair dryers. Florida Room has a queen sleeper sofa. This home has the convenience of streaming cable TV with hi-speed internet and Wi-Fi. The laundry area has a washer and dryer for your use. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided for you.

Private caged in heated pool for you to enjoy! Enjoy the lounging area or soak up the sun on the spacious pool deck with loungers or patio set, perfect for relaxing or entertainment! There is a stand-alone gas barbecue grill just off the pool deck. This home is also ideally located just a few minutes drive from the uncrowded picturesque beaches of Boca Grande Island with first class salt-water fishing and water sports. Visit the many excellent restaurants that cater to all tastes. Stocking up on groceries and other essentials is a breeze with shops just around the corner.

*As a courtesy, free of charge, the pool is heated during the winter months up to 75 degrees (Oct-April). Please let us know if you would like the pool heated above 75 degrees, (at additional cost of $20/day, $125/wk, $400/month) during the winter months (Oct-April). *Also please note that during cold nights/days the water may not be able to reach 85 degrees. Pool floats and toys are available for guest use and located in the shed of the pool area.

*Home is not child-proofed for young children. Additionally there are no safety gates/locks from preventing young children from falling or getting into the pool.
