Diese Residenz mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich in einem ruhigen Viertel im Süden von Venedig. Sie wurde neu renoviert und vom Designer mit einem modernen Flair eingerichtet. Das Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad; Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Bett; und das 3. Schlafzimmer hat Etagenbetten für die ganze Familie. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen Tisch für 6 Personen und 4 zusätzliche Sitzplätze auf der Kücheninsel. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen kulinarischen Erfordernissen, einschließlich komplettem Koch- und Glasgeschirr. Das Haus verfügt über WLAN im gesamten Gebäude mit einem 65-Zoll-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und einem 45-Zoll-Fernseher im 2. Schlafzimmer. Die geräumige Veranda verfügt über 2 Ventilatoren, einen Gasgrill für Ihre Familienessen und einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Die Veranda hat auch ein Schnittsofa für 6 Personen.

Verbringen Sie Ihren Tag in der Veranda und genießen Sie den beheizten Privatpool oder nutzen Sie den Fährpass, um zum Privatstrand zu gelangen, wo Sie schwimmen, Muscheln und Haizähne sammeln können. Am Abend können Sie sich in der Veranda entspannen und den Geräuschen der Wildtiere lauschen.

Great time in Venice!

Great place to stay

Home was very nice, beds were comfortable, everything you need is available, pool was nice (once it was heated), loved we had a garage and we couldn’t have been more comfy! Owner was great with communicating.

Summer Escape

Check in was super easy. The inside of the home is very nice and updated. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Kitchen had everything we needed. The large garage has plenty of room to park and is loaded with beach gear, bicycles, etc.... The pool and lounging area are fabulous. The owner was wonderful to answer questions and address any concerns. Would stay again without hesitation.

A peaceful gem!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The home is just as depicted. Clean and well stocked, and tastefully decorated with comfy beds. So many beach necessities in the garage, as well as toys and pool floats. Laundry was helpful, as well as many beach towels. The pool oasis was enjoyed every afternoon, and made for some wonderful memories.

Peaceful yet close to everything

Great Property

This property had everything you could need while visiting. It was well equipped and had been updated throughout. The beds were very comfortable and the pool area was a great place to relax. The property manager was very responsive and thoughtful.

EXCELLENT!

This was a great place to stay and we will likely book it again if we need a place in the Venice area. Homeowner was easy to communicate with, responded quickly. Home was very welcoming, pool was great! There were items for us to use at the beach or bike around. Beaches are all very close. HIGHLY recommend this home!

Perfect!

The house and property were clean and furnished with everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella and towels were handy for our beach days. We used the lanai, heated pool, and outdoor area every day. It’s private and only a short drive to anywhere. Patricia made the check in process easy and was an excellent host. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This is a place to find your refreshment and quiet place of peace uninterrupted except by nature's music. Love, love, love the location, beautiful surroundings, exceptional interior design, and maxed out on whatever you need in the kitchen to entertaining.
