Condo amenities include: 1 bedroom/1 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, coin operated laundry facilities on-site, community pool, elevators. Bed linens and bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Captiva Resort Villas amenities that are available with this rental include: heated community pool & hot tub, BBQ grills, tennis courts (fee may apply), parking and direct access to award winning Captiva Island beaches!

** This condo is privately owned and is NOT associated with the South Seas Resort rental program. Full resort amenities are NOT available with the rental of this unit including resort pool, water park, golf course access, trolley use, select stores & restaurants, beach rentals, resort appointed parking, and any on-site shops within South Seas. Resort guests pay a premium for these amenities.
