Das Pointe Santo E22 befindet sich in einem der beliebtesten Urlaubsziele von Sanibel und liegt günstig am West Gulf Drive in der Nähe vieler Strände, Geschäfte und Restaurants, die alle zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar sind. Dieses geräumige 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer-Einheit befindet sich auf der zweiten Etage und bietet einen phänomenalen Blick auf den Golf und die tägliche Sonnenuntergänge von Ihrem eigenen persönlichen abgeschirmten Veranda Terrasse! Die Wohnung besteht aus einer offenen Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer Grundriss ideal für Freund und Familienfeiern, während Erinnerungen an einen Urlaub machen zu erinnern. Komplette Eingewöhnung und Umbau beider Bäder, ab Oktober 2016 neu fertiggestellt, zusammen mit vielen anderen kürzlich durchgeführten Modernisierungen, darunter ein brandneues Wohnzimmermöbel-Set, eine neue Königsmatratze, neue Teppiche, frische Farbe und eine neue Waschmaschine und Trockner !

This property checks all the boxes! Updated and clean. Thorough and responsive host. Amazing views of blue waters and palm trees. Fun (and heated) pool and hot tub. Fantastic location. Our family of 5 had an amazing time and made Pointe Santo E22 our home for Spring Break. Beautiful beach right out your door - or a short commute to the named beaches or Captiva. Ability to cook onsite or bike/drive into town for a meal. You won't regret booking this property!

Sanibel Heaven!

Our family of 4 just stayed at this property. Wonderful location, amazing easy beach access, daily dolphin sightings and a group of manatees even swam by on our last day! We had such a wonderful trip and this property had everything we needed for a much needed getaway!

Excellent location

My little family and I really enjoyed this stay. It is right next to the beach, and this rental had all the beach necessities you would need! It was very clean, quiet, and we would absolutely stay again. My ONLY complaint is that there was not any shampoo or conditioner during our stay, which of course was an easy fix for us. Otherwise, 5/5 stars!

We're so happy you enjoyed the stay and the wonderful views from pointe Santo E22. We appreciate you following our check-out protocols of washing the beach towels and removing your garbage from the unit in order to help assist us in getting the condo ready for our next set of guests. We do not leave shampoo or conditioner for renters but rather the starter kit of supplies including laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, etc - I hope they were helpful and convenient to you throughout your stay.

A Wonderful Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental property was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, well equipped and close to the beach. Owners must take pride in their investment and it shows. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice stay at Point Santos in Sanibel island. The kitchen was updated as well as the bathrooms, furniture a bit warn down. Overall a great stay!!! Nice location to Bailey’s store and Ding Darlings Baily tract. Close to the beach, great for kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, good location and we felt very safe. This is a family friendly complex which is great for families with children. To loud for me, I am still hearing children in the pool saying Marco. I would recommend the carpet be cleaned. Over all a wonderful place to vacation with your family.
