Amazing!

Barbra, our host was amazing! She was super helpful with where to eat and shop! She also gave me her personal phone number so we could call with questions. She is very responsive. The apartment was great! The dryer was a nice addition. The apartment is also in a great location.

Wonderful stay at a truly luxury location.

This apartment is in the heart of luxury-high end shops, with great cafes right around every corner. A metro is nearby. And so many major tourist sights are within easy walking distance. The apartment’s host is an excellent communicator (timely, kind, and helpful). The bed are comfortable, and the shower is hot. Perfect. Thank you so much for having us.

Wonderful location and gracious host.

We loved the location of this apartment and our host was very gracious offering helpful guidance on our memorable tourist in Paris experience. Spoiled by free flowing air conditioning, we would not book this nicely equipped apartment in the warmest summer months. Beautiful church across the street for meditation and calm after easy walking to museums, abundant restaurants and designer retail galore.

Dear Nathalie I'm surprised you missed towels and sheets during your stay as there are always plenty in the back cabinets. Furthermore why didn't you contact me in order to request some? As far as the fans are concerned, we added last year an auxiliary air conditioner in the loft in case of heat wave, and since then everybody seems very happy. Best regards barbara

Convenient and secured place

The location is excellent. Centrally located where we wanted to go - arc de Triomphe, le louvre and Effeil tower with short walk to the Concorde metro system just one block to the station! Clean and got everything that we needed.. One suggestion is to have inatructions on the folder on how to use the stove..a bit challenging to figure it out how to turn it ontge place is secured abd we felt safe to stay here. Dao

Amazing location’

The location is right by the Louvre, Place de la Concord and Place Vendome. Easy access to train stations, Ile de la Cite etc. Barbara was very prompt and responsive. Paris was hot when we visited and the place didn’t have an AC. But in Paris you’ll rarely be in the apartment and the central location was worth it

Good location not the cleanest

Location was good, Barbara very responsive but bathroom had lots of hair in the shower and floor and saw a couple ants in kitchen area. Trash can is broken and bathroom gets very humid after someone showers.

Though listed and pictured as a 2-bedroom unit, it is technically a one-bedroom apartment with a Murphy bed and pull out sofa in the living room. There is no elevator so you walk up 3 flights of stairs. There is some deferred maintenance and could use newer towels and additional linens. The bathroom door has see through panels and does not fully close. Centrally-located and accessible by Metro.

My family and I recently stayed at this charming Parisian apartment, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The apartment itself is a true gem. It’s beautifully decorated with a mix of classic Parisian style and modern amenities. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with natural light. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring we got a good night's sleep after our busy days exploring the city. The location is unbeatable. Situated in a lovely neighborhood, we were within walking distance to several iconic Paris attractions like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. There are also plenty of quaint cafes, bakeries, and boutiques nearby, making it easy to immerse ourselves in the local culture. Public transportation is conveniently close, allowing us to explore the entire city with ease. Overall, this apartment made our Paris vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of Paris. We can't wait to return!

Nice place, problem checking in

We had a problem checking in, which was bad in our circumstances (late rainy night with kids) but this was resolved the following day, and we were later refunded for that first night that we spent in a nearby hotel. The owner seemed genuinely sorry for that. The building is very old and stairwell looks bad, but the apartment itself is very nice, completely renovated, with king size bed in the bedroom and queen size murphy bed and sofa bed in the large living room. No street view from the windows, they are facing inside courtyard of the building, but sufficient natural light. Third floor, no elevator, so be mindful if this is a problem for you. No A/C, only a fan. We were lucky with weather that it wasn't hot, but I can see how this could bother some people. The location is superb, and seems very safe.

Darling apartment in a perfect location. My daughter‘s friend who is staying abroad in Paris stayed a night with us so we appreciate it. The pull out and folding beds. The only thing that I would advise anyone renting this place to be aware of is that there is no elevator. That was not a problem for us, but definitely something to be aware of for someone that may have trouble with stairs and have a luggage. Also a little difficult only having one key as opposed to a code lock or lock box in general. It made coordinating schedules with our family, slightly difficult. All of that being said, those were simply minor preferences and definitely not a negative necessarily about this rental. I would definitely stay here again for sure.

Great location and lovely host

Barbara is delightful and very responsive to questions. Apartment is centrally located very near the Louvre. The space was clean, kitchen had all the dishes/pans we needed. Note there is no oven, just stovetop and microwave. Beds were comfortable although I had thought there was a second bedroom - there’s a nice bedroom with closet and dresser and the other two beds both pull out in the living room so that when they’re open there’s really no place else to sit except the small table. But we were only in the flat to sleep for the most part so it was fine. The apartment is up several flights of winding, uneven steps so anyone with physical limitations or carrying young children should be aware. We had a great stay in Paris and enjoyed our temporary home.

Great host and property

Barbara met us at the property, answered all our questions in good English, was very friendly and even provided birthday candles and wine as she knew it was my son’s birthday during our stay. The place was quiet, clean and all beds afforded a good night’s sleep.
