We were assured that it would be finished by the time you arrived, I know that it was disruptive, which is why I offered you a partial refund. I did not simply tell you that I changed my mind. That is a wildly unfair characterization. Furthermore, I NEVER insulted you. I don't have any clue what you could be referring to. Your difficulty with the lock was surprising ro me, but if you had told me during your stay, instead of as you were leaving, we would have been happy to come show you how it works. Regarding your arrival time, yes I did miss your message about the change in time, for whichbi sincerely apologized then and still do now. But you'd previously told me that you would be arriving at midnight, so I made arrangements for someone to meet you at that time. I apologized profusely when we connected and my husband was there 15 minutes after we spoke. I understand that this was not the trip either of us would have wished for you, but being angry about my refunding one night instead of two, for reasons that had nothing to do with the space itself, is not a reason to write such an vindictive review. That said, I hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Paris.
