Eine rückerstattbare Kaution ist erforderlich.<br><br><br><br>Die Unterkunft:<br><br>Willkommen in dieser geräumigen, 70 m² großen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im 4. Stock eines Gebäudes mit Aufzug, perfekt gelegen in der Rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie im Herzen des Marais. Die Wohnung wird vor jeder Ankunft professionell gereinigt, damit du dich sofort einleben kannst.<br><br><br><br>Schlafzimmer 1: 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelsofa, Schlafzimmer 2: 1 Doppelbett. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer.<br><br><br><br>Der Wohnbereich ist ein toller Ort zum Entspannen, mit einem Flachbildfernseher sowie einem Esstisch und Stühlen.<br><br><br><br>Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet alles, was du brauchst: einen großen Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Herd, Geschirrspüler, eine Nespresso Classic-Kaffeemaschine sowie Wasserkocher und Toaster. Ein Wasch-Trockner-Kombigerät steht dir zur Verfügung. In den kühleren Monaten ist die Wohnung durchgehend mit Elektroheizung beheizt.<br><br><br><br>Familien sind herzlich willkommen<br><br><br><br>Brauchst du ein Babybett oder einen Hochstuhl? The apartment was lovely! Highly recommend for a family, we were very comfortable for a family of 5. We felt very safe in the building, we enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the apartment building is. Our family had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom apartment in Le Marais. The location was excellent—an ideal base for exploring Paris. It was an easy walk to the Metro, with countless restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and shops just steps away. We were able to explore much of the city on foot and loved returning to the neighborhood each evening.The apartment was comfortable and worked well for our family. A few small touches would have made the stay even easier, such as providing dish soap and detergent for guests.Overall, this was a great place to experience Paris, and we would gladly stay here again. If you’re looking for a spacious apartment in one of the city’s best neighborhoods, this is an excellent choice.

The property is in an excellent location. Lots of stores, restaurants and the train station is near by. Getting the key is not overly convenient because you have to go to a different location and then lug your luggage to the property. But that’s only a minor complaint. Everything else was perfect.

Located in a great neighborhood, close to many sites. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The elevator was great for an elderly parent where steps are hard. Will note that if your party has different daily plans and need to store the key, storage is a 15 minute walk from the place.

Nice stay in Paris

Overall, a good stay in Paris. The location was nice with easy access to the Metro and a short walk to Notre Dame. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 17 and 15 year old) and there was enough space. Pretty plain apartment, but really more used as a home base while traveling the city. Overall, had a very nice stay.

Good location and dynamic neighbourhood. Very clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Quiet (as you are away from the street). A bit sparse and utilitarian but you have everything you need. Retrieving the key is a pain especially if you are coming from overseas and jetlagged.

The apartment is cozy and well-organized, offering everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Perfect for a large family, it features two spacious bedrooms and a great living room and kitchen area, ideal for preparing quick meals or gathering together. The location in Le Marais, near Hôtel de Ville, is fantastic! It's close to a variety of great attractions like the Pompidou Centre, Place des Vosges, and the Musée Picasso, all within walking distance. You'll also find plenty of charming cafes, bistros, and boutiques around every corner, making it a great neighborhood to explore. The self check-in process was seamless, and the host's communication was excellent, ensuring a stress-free experience. Great Location

We had a great stay. BnB was responsive leading up to the stay and even after with my daughter leaving some school books in the apartment. Upon check-in we saw a couple issues such as some tape on the refrigerator, drawers that wouldn't stay shut, and an unhooked smoke alarm. BnB asked me not to hook back up the alarm but they didn't send someone to do it during out stay. That is the only negative.If you plan to use this unit as a large, family hotel room - it is perfect. Kids got their own bed and we were in a fantastic location. I would definitely go back.

Great location, be aware of the key pick up point

The positive first… it’s a very good location with sites and many good restaurants very close to the apartment. It’s also very comfortable and spacious. We felt secure because it’s located in the 4 floor and towards the back of the building.The negative… The point to get the key is far from the unit. The taxi left us at a restaurant that have a key box and then we had to drag the suitcases for about 20 minutes or more ( wife and kids were not happy) on top of that the restaurant workers did not have any information and further more were rude…I was able to email the management company and asked them if I could leave the keys at the unit. They agreed…Be aware that there is no A/C, I would not recommend to stay there during the HOT months…

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
Die Wohnung war leider verschmutzt. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer hatte sehr eigenartige Flecken; wir hoffen, es war Schokolade. Auch die Polsterstühle und das Sofa waren ziemlich used und rantzig. Der Klodeckel war locker, auf dem Mülleimer klebte Kaugummi und die Lichtschalter waren verpäkt. In der Matratze in einem der Doppelzimmer gab es - den Flecken nach zu urteilen - definitiv Leben. Man will gar nicht wissen, was da in letzter Zeit so versickert ist. Die Matratze in dem anderen Doppelzimmer war durchgelegen. Die Wand rundum das Bett im Einzelzimmer war total verschmuddelt. Auch die Schlüsselüber- und abgabe ist suboptimal, da sie nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Appartment stattfindet. In Summe (für den Preis) sehr enttäuschend, da die Grundsubstanz der Wohnung eigentlich sehr gut und die Lage ziemlich genial ist.

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung, für 2-3 Personen gut geeignet. Einzelzimmer hat kein richtiges Bett und kein Fenster, die beiden Doppelbetten jeweils nur eine Bettdecke. Backofen hat nicht funktioniert, ansonsten alles prima.Check-in etwas kompliziert, da man den Schlüssel 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß abholen muss.

Appartement fidèle à l'annonce. Emplacement idéal , au milieu des rues commerçantes et des cafés/resto du Marais tout en restant très calme car dans une arrière-cour. Communication avec l'hôte très facile par l'application, réponses très rapides. Etapes d'arrivée et de réception des clefs très bien expliquées et pratiques. Appartement réellement spacieux, ce qui est vraiment appréciable à Paris. The apartment is centrally located in Le Marais and has convenient access to the metro. The place was clean and the washer helpful. The booking process was complicated with deposit payment not going through their payment processing platform initially. The damage deposit is very high and there is no inventory of pre-existing damage so I had to document things via messaging and pictures. One of the fans was missing the front cover but we used it due to the heat and had to be careful with the blade when it was on. Picking up the keys in a different location was not ideal.
